The Ecowater dealer does have a parcel.  We received a free case of water.  You get the free gift regardless of whether you buy or not.  I love my Ecowater products.  It sure makes cleaning so much easier.  Glad I made the call.

Got a postcard today saying "EWS WE HAVE A PARCEL DELIVERY FOR YOU"

then gave a control number and said to call 1-888-498-6873.

I didn't bother to call since I found out it was a scam just by searching for EWS.

I Live in LaVergne, I may have to go visit these people.

I live in La Vergne, TN and received this post card from EWS that says "We have a parcel delivery for you" providing the phone number 888-498-6873 and a "control number". I am on the do not call registry, and luckily, I saw all of these complaints about this company. It seems that they have found a way to bypass the rules of the do not call registry by getting you to call them, which allows them to return your call at will. multiple times a day. every single day. Go to the bbb.org web site and report these people! I did. they need more complaints filed or nothing will happen.

Yep, I'm in La Vergne, TN too.  Just pulled this same thing out of my mailbox.  I'm already dealing with unauthorized charges on my credit card. Tis the season to be scammed.

I received the same post card that is mentioned above but I too the initiatve to call and see what the parcel delivery was. After you give them your control # she then goes into a long drawn out conversation about getting your water tested and you will receive either $10.00 off a Kroger or a free ticket for 2 at Zanies. Schedule an appt and see what you think.
My only problem I was having with him was that he was just too worried about who lived in the house, how many people lives here and wheres everybody at. He left a mess in my sink too. Was just glad to see him leave, was starting to get uncomfortable and he was starting to get to pushy about me buying this set -up. I told him I don't buy ANYTHING spontaneous! He said oh really! Will not ever respond again to any water testing company and never want to hear from these people again.

I looked up this company found that Dave Ramsey and somebody named Terry Deselms are owners.
The water they are selling is a Holy Water scam. Don't be fooled by these folks.

Got the post card from E.W.S. saying that I got a parcel delivery with a control # but the call back number on this card is 1-888-498-6873. I thought it was a little odd since it didn't say anything about the post office or other known delivery services so I decided to look them up on the WEB and found this site. The card is now in the bin...Thanks everyone for the heads up on this scam.

We just got a card today. I call the number but didn't leave no message. I'm glad I look up this number because we were expecting packages. Thanks everyone for posting about this scam.

I live in Smyrna and got the card today. did a phone # look up using Google and found this site. referring to BBB.org...went to their site and there isn't a single complaint filed in 7-8 years business is in good standing, ;this was the LaVergne office ,  I didn't check to 2 others. But I dealt whit the crap before, dont ever let em in the door,,, you'll get about a 4 hrs sales pitch and a mgic show for the kids while the add food coloring to your water to ID what kind of contaminates you have

Sounds like you are on the EWS payroll True Person. Don't know where you were raised but this is deception at it's finest! If EWS is so legit than why not send out cards stating what they will do...free gifts for a water analysis. I am sure that they would get more business by being honest and upfront rather than appearing to be a parcel delivery service, which they are not, and soliciting calls. This type of marketing is indirect and unsolicited...period!

Smyrna, TN - I got the post card too.  Didn't recognize EWS as a delivery company so checked it out on Google and saw all the postings.  My postcard is going in the trash...

My Mom received the card this week and thought it looked like a scam. I called the 1-888-498-6873 number and was asked to leave name, phone number and control number.  I hung up.  Then I decided to check the company out on Google.  One of the postings listed a local business number for EWS.  I called them to have my Mom's address removed from future mailinigs.  We will see if they follow through.

Received one of the cards yesterday.  Called it today and got the recording.  Left my first name and number.  Should've looked on here before calling.

I hate scams like this! If I want something, I hunt for it, find reviews and purchase the product that meets my needs. I don't want to be bothered by "snake oil" salesmen".
