I, too, received a postcard but was suspicious so I googled it and found this site. I went to the BBB site to file a complaint. The site said it had processed "0" complaints in the past 36 months! I suspect there is no law against this type of deceptive advertising, although I see it as a bait and switch type of lure; We have a delivery for you...Oh wait! We want you to buy something and, guess what? We'll deliver it! I absolutely have a problem with a company that uses deception by making the consumer think it is one kind of business (EWS- We have a parcel delivery for you) only to find out they are selling something completely different (water systems that they will, in fact, deliver!) Illegal? maybe, maybe not. Deceptive? Yes- and bordering on unethical. I would not do business with a company like this.

Perhaps if EVERYONE filed a complaint the BBB would be obliged to make a strong recommendation to the company if only to save the BBB from having to process so many complaints!

Got the postcard today and wanted to say THANKS for posting this site!!!! Looks like this has been going on for a  while.

I just got one of these stupid things today in goodlettsville. Thankfully I had no desire to call and curiously googled the number 888-498-6873.  God bless google and people willing to admit in a post thathey called (and even let them come over!). I don't want any strangers coming into my house!

The one I received today showed the phone number to be 1-888-498-6873, with the same weird logo with people in blue outfits and the letters EWS on top of the post card. I'm glad I had the information here to find out it was a scam before I bothered calling them. Hopefully, having this phone number will help compile a list of numbers to avoid.

I got the same postcard.  It is just after Christmas, so I thought someone had sent something.  When I called and got a message to give my name and number, I hung up.  I'm also in mid TN.  Her's a note:  They have a NEW PHONE NUMBER listed.
It is 1-888-866-9180

This is not a company owned by or affiliated with Dave Ramsey or Terry Deselms. You are wrong, it happens sometimes.

Just got the same postcard on 3/30/12.  I see they are still at it.  Mine also had a their new phone number 888-866-9180.

Like one of those below, no phone call but a post card with "we have a parce delivery for  you" on it. No address or source other than EWS, a control number and phone number 1.888.866.9180. Hard copy spam if you ask me.

Dave Ramsey is owner of Financial Peace University and Terry Deselms is in real estate I do believe....I find it hard to believe they are behind this...I too just recieved the post card..and am not responding to it.

I received this in the mail as well.

EWS sent 2 cards to Chapel Hill address today.  New phone number 1-888-866-9180.  I had no phone call.

I received the same card as the others except the number is 888-478-2768. I called the number and got a voice message stating they were in office of ews but away from the phone.
