No it isn't because I cancelled my order THREE DAYS BEFORE my "free trial" was up and I got a confirmation email that I cancelled it and they STILL charged my card 87.89$!!! AND on top of that it took 3 months to get a refund and they're trying to charge my card AGAIN!! I DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING!  IT'S FRAUD!!!!!!

I work for a financial institution and deal with these types of instances on a daily basis. These charges stem from a trial offer associated with diet pills of some sort. In most instances, the cardholders agreed somewhere down the line to pay for the shipping of these pills and did not read the terms and conditions before agreeing to such an offer. The terms and conditions clearly state that if the subscription is not cancelled within a certain time frame then a monthly subscription fee will be deducted every month until cancellation. I would advise all of you to look a little closer at your statements and see if you see any charges from the same company for any amount less than $5.00. If you have those charges appearing on your statements then that is where this "erroneous" charge is stemming from. I would suggest that you contact your financial institution and ask them to seek restitution on your behalf. In most cases, the financial insitution will get ahold of the merchant ELGTECH and conference the cardholder in so that a cancellation can be obtained and a refund request submitted. These are not fraudulent charges as they are overlooks on behalf of the cardholder

I just got a charge for 75.68...luckily, our bank notices the irregularity and held the charge....now we need to replace the card and redo all our online banking stuff...I canceled my order before I even received the product 5 months ago...if you ordered acai berries or system-cleanse, they have your info.  Cancel any affiliated accounts NOW or they will charge you repeatedly...and don't bother with the customer service number 877 676 4592...I listened to canned music for 2 hours, then was disconnected, then p[ut back on hold, only to be disconnected again..report this to your BBB, they need to be stopped.

Same here, they charged me $36.26 + $1.26 international transaction fee.  This is how it looked on my bank statement ELGTECH 8776764592 8776764592 GBR. Bank said they will investigate
In September last year I saw the lose weight acai berry ad online and placed the order without checking whether it work or not. I paid AU$100 for 3 bottles, 5 days later they took another AU$89 from my account eventhough I did not placed any more orders and acai berried I order 5 days ago have not arrived yet. After more than a dozen times I called and sreamed on the phone, they agreed to cancelled my account and refund my money. since then there is no money being refund into my account neither acai berries. It cost me almost AU$200 for my stupidity.
people out there please do not trust any online ads. if you need to buy things online use paypal only

Unauthorized money was deducted from my account.  I contacted my credit union and had a new debit card issued.  The irritating part is this is the second time a company has done this to me. That card was cancelled also.  I am in the process of filling out paperwork to get my money back. I notified the Attorney General for the State of Iowa to let them know what was going on.  I encourage everyone that has experienced this situation to contact the Attorney General's office in the state they live.  Maybe with more complaints it will be investigated.

I just got a charge on my credit card for $59.95. We haven't used this card in 9 months, so I have no idea how they even got our card information. No acai berry anything. The credit card company did not have any more additional information for us and I'm hoping they will refund us the money, but it may be a battle.
We never officially got a call from this number, but when I googled this company name I found this forum. It's a scam...wonderful!
