We do not have 24 hour fitness and never have. My husband, who is ill got a call today. I hope they do not keep up. What good does a 'do not  call list' do when they can still call?

I been getting calls from this company 24 hr fitness wanting my social and birth day and cresit card number
i told them to go FCK them selfs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  FRAUD!!!

This is the 24 hour fitness finance number and I canceled my membership but they continued to bill me for two months. I went in but they refused to discuss my account until I paid the bill. This number called me no less then 7 times a day. I waited one time to speak to who ever that answers and it is coming from a call center in India. I did not quite understand her and she didnt care that I had went into take care of this account, she just kept asking When Would I pay the money.  THEY SUCKand I'm disappointed in 24 hour Fitness for handling their accounts this way!!!

Received a call ....no message left. number not identified...so i googled the number and saw all of these postings.

I receive calls from this number at least 3 times a day, the first usually comes at 8:15.  I resigned my membership from 24 Hour Fitness 18 months ago.  I do not owe them money.  This is a harassing call.

24hrs Fitness- This number is from them, I called them 2 months ago and requested to frizzy my membership because I am not working, the woman who took the call told the that she frozen the account and that I would not be charged at all since I requested to frozen the account. Now they are calling like crazy asking for the monthly fee. When I told them about the request they told there was no request, so they just added the request but still charging me the previous month. That is crazy!!! I will never do business with them again.

24 Hour Fitness is the worst!!!!! I joined the gym,paid with credit card,but they screwed up the paperwork...
I have received over 100 calls,and cannot stop them. Talked to a supervisor who agrees account was paid in full.Still....the calls continue! Absolutely nuts!

Legit??? I agree. Am not a 24 Fitness Customer and have NEVER EVER BEEN ONE, unless they called me in error/wrong #. And they didn't even have the courtesy to leave a message on our machine.

Absolutely do NOT give your credit card information to these crooks.  They are very convincing because they have your name, address, phone number and last four digits of your credit card.  Someone has obviously hacked into 24 Hour's membership database and stolen this information.  When they called me this afternoon, they claimed that they had attempted to run my monthly bill but that it had been reversed -- that the card was invalid or expired.  I knew that was NOT the case because I used the card several times today for purchases.  Then I went onto 24 Hour's official website, set up an online account, logged in, looked at my billing information and could see that just two days ago, they ran my monthly dues through just fine.  Lying sacks of dog s**t!  The person I spoke to when I called them back was a woman with a heavy accent.  That aroused my suspicion so I asked where she was calling from.  She said Jamaica.  Red flags all over the place.  The posts in this thread verifying that this is a legitimate number are just as much a part of the scam as the 888-900-3194 number.  24 Hour needs to notify its members about this so they don't get scammed.

I answered their 5th call and all i got was a computerized voice that said hello after i said hello and then they hung up... i had been dealing with 24 hr in the couple months previous to cancel my acct so this smells like a scam

Getting calls all day long while I am at school.

I've got at list a hundred calls with the number. Can you help me to stop them?

I work for TD bank and my family business account is with TD bank. Some guy started calling my parents at our business and stating that he works for TD and that he could give us a discount on our TD terminal but they'd have to fax in a TD statement. My parents informed me and I told them not to because banks NEVER contact their clients through phone (unless it's your home branch) or by email; we only contact through mail. Fortunately I was present during one of his calls, because he supposedly called every day every hour. I spoke to him and told him that I too am a TD employee and he didn't believe me and kept asking me "are you sure, ma'am?". I kept telling him "of course i'm sure, I've been working for TD for years as a financial rep." So to test him i used terms that only TD employees would know and he wasn't getting them right and i kept saying "that's not what i asked, why are u giving random numbers? Why do you need us to fax our statement? if you are a TD employee you can easily search for it in our systems? which system are you using? there's no such system. Why are you calling from Seattle when US TD is not connected with Canada TD?" etc... he became flustered and refused to speak to me any longer. the next day, he called again. I told my parents to tell him that we don't want them to be calling us anymore and that i called my head office and securities dept and they confirmed that they are not linked to TD whatsoever. They no longer call.

so just remember that NO financial institution will ever call/e-mail you about anything, unless it is your home branch. a red flag is when they ask you to give in any kind of information because banks can easily access your account info without having to even call you.
if all that fails, tell them that someone you know works for that same bank and that they confirmed that they are not associated with the financial institution... problem solved...

I am constantly receiving calls from this number.  5 or 6 times a day.  I am on a "do not call list".

Receiving missed calls at crazy hours of the day. SO annoying!!

My ATM card was compromised and I was issued a new one, but I forgot to update my 24-hour fitness auto-pay account. After looking up what this number was, I hopped online and updated my account and paid my back bill. In my case, this number was valid.
