- Klini| 17 repliesCalled claiming I owe money to 24 Hour Fitness. I canceled my account with them recently, but they expect my payments I guess.
- Caller: 24 Hour Fitness
- Call type: Debt collector
- Dan| 5 repliesAlso from 24 hour fitness, my credit card number changed and so they can no longer auto bill me.
- Caller: 24 hour fitness
- Vicmars replies to DanYup, my annual balance is due and now they have started calling me... ha-ha.
Vicmars - Mike In HB| 1 replyI received calls from 24 Hour Fitness (I did a Google search to ID the number) but when I said hello no one was there. I don't do any business with this company nor did I call them back. They called both my home and cell numbers yesterday and today. Both numbers have been registered with the National Do Not Call Registry since 2003. I filed a formal complaint on both of my phones. Now we wait and see what happens.

- Bob L| 4 repliesSame thing as everyone else above has mentioned, and these calls come in about 4-6 times a day. We owe them nothing, and wondering if anyone out there knows of a "free" way to block these calls from coming in. Sounds like my wife and I are not the only ones to have this issue, but thankfully we have caller ID, so that helps, but it sure is frustrating to be awoken thinking the call may be from family, work or someone you might expect, only to find out that it is that 24 Hour Fitness location. And of course when you call that number back as others have mentioned, no one answers. Can anyone tell me how to block those unwanted calls either through our phone service provider of other????? Thanks, bl

- Maris| 1 replyI get calls from this number every single day, at least 10 times a day. It's insane! I have T-mobile and that carrier does not allow you to block numbers, which is obviously a problem since I can't get this number to take me off the list
- hpI started receiving call yesterday evening, from unknow party. And two time this morning. This is annoying.

- Mike| 7 replieslegit call from 24 Hour fitness. My card was lost and I forgot to notify them. They contacted me so that my membership can stay active.
Can't report everyone as an annoyance, folks. They need t reach you sometimes! - Kari replies to Mike| 1 replyIf they were legit, there would be someone on the other side TALKING to you, and they wouldn't be playing some kind of music when you pick up. And they would also leave a message.
Just saying. - rebecca| 1 replyI received a call from this number today, stating that I had not paid for my training fees. I said that I had a credit card receipt for my payment, and she immediately said "Oh we found it." There's no way she could had time to look it up. It sounded like she was just fishing for me to give my credit card number.
- Caller: 24 Hour Fitness
- clarissa replies to rebeccaIs this really a call from 24 Hour Fitness?! How insane! I've received 4 phone calls from this number in the last 3 days, and i have never been a member! Hell, never even walked into the place! Unless of course someone is trying to tell me something, i mean i could stand to lose a few pounds. (haha) But yeah, the first couple of times i saw this number i found it odd so didn't answer, but the next couple i seemed to be away from the phone when they called. Finally today, being curious & annoyed, i thought i'd look it up and see if i could figure out the "where, why, & who" of this number. Anyway, thanks to all the comments before me in figuring this mystery out, now if only i could stop these fools from harassing me! (haha)
Thanks,
Clarissa - Mrs Mike| 2 repliesI too received a call from 24 Hr Fitness. I froze my account in June while a job transfer took my husband and family out of town for 2 months. As a precaution, I froze the credit card that I used for billing. Apparently, despite the fact that I filled out paperwork for the freeze, they tried to bill my card anyway. Someone did come on the phone, and when I explained the situation, they said they would note my account, and that I wouldn't receive any more calls.

- Oregon| 1 replyThis is a scam -- there is not international 24 hour fitness location in Jamaica. This is a scam to get you to give them your credit card information. This number is in no way attached to 24 hour fitness.
- Caller: supposedly 24 hour fitness
- cali| 1 replyi've received several calls from this number as well as from 999-999-9999,both claiming that they are 24 hour fitness and my card was not working for payment...they had my full name and my address as well...it seemed far to fishy so i didn't go with it...don't fall for this scam!!!
- Caller: 24 hour fitness
- Oregon replies to OregonBy the way -- every time you call this number it won't cost you a dime but it costs them. So, flood them with calls, tie up their lines and give them a taste of their own medicine -- which they'll have to pay for.
- ~charm~| 1 replyI've been receiving phone calls from this number as well. I want to say it started a few days ago, and now the calls won't stop. When I googled the number I came across this... SCAM! When you go onto the 24 hour website and click on "contact us" it shows a 800 number and not an 888 number. I'm thinking about going into a 24 hour location myself to see if there really is a problem with my billing. If so it will be taken cared of there. If not... then that's a whole different problem. It's just really annoying. Can't trust anyone these days.
- NevadaDO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THIS NUMBER IF THEY CALL YOU!!! It is a SCAM!! They have called me 5 times in the past 4 days each time asking for my credit card number cause the one they have on file is "invalid" which seemed a little unusual since it comes out of that account every month with no problems and I haven't changed anything! It is obviously someone who works at 24-hour fitness getting some of my info. and giving it to these people who say they are in Jamaca cause they did have the last 4 numbers on my card. I called my local gym and they said nothing is wrong with my account and 24-hour fitness NEVER calls and asks for credit card information over the phone. So, whatever you do DON'T give them your info!!!
- Caller: "24-hour fitness"
- Nevada replies to Mike| 1 replyThis is not a call from 24 hour fitness it is a scam and now they have your credit card info.
