OMG! It is SPS - and they are so [***]. We just got our approval on our loan modification and now they want to harrass us each month when they don't get their stupid money by the 1st! I have until the 16th before it's LATE! I am so sick of them!

I, too, have a loan modification through SPS.  I have until the 15th of the month before I'm considered late, which I've never been.  Even though my check has been received by them, and has cleared my bank, they still call.  I don't get it.  They call on my cell phone and my home phone two to three times a day.  They never leave a message, so I assume it can't be too important.

904-722-7050 has called literally hundreds of times in the last three months.  The calls trip the answering machine, no message is left;  answering the phone when it rings results in a hangup. Our number is registered with federal and state do not call, but no one seems to be able to help. Does anyone know how to stop this?

I the pass few days got few calls from them and they left no vm.
Today, I answered and they kep asking questions about your home and owner, told them have no time for them if they have anything to said send me a letter.

i know we have select portfolio servicing,they charge us corp fees,att fees intersest on advances,forclosure fees,late fees,our corp fees are 778.00 and stays the same our mortgage never gos down.

i know i found out when i made a payment on line ez pay thats when i found out the corp fee,i dont know what this is for,but they took 1,778 a month when we were on the forbearance  ,this is a scam also and select portfolio servicing knows this,there a fraud?

if this dave works as a dept collecter,then i thought they were a mortgage and lender co. if thats so,then we are sending our payments to the wrong co.thats why they dont apply our mortgage payments,and charge us illegal fees,select portfolio servicing is a fraud,they know it to?

are you dave if so why would you take up for a scam of a co.there a fraud,and taking peaples homes under illegal ways .

this co. only has a licnece to be a dept collect thats,if you look them up you will found alot of illegal collection of your money not being appled,they were sued in every state for fraud,even the att generals sued them,and there at it today this scam of a cos ceo was sued alot and told to go by the FTC ,select portfolio servicing is a scam.

are you sure his real name is dave they use phony names,and they have used other co. names when they would get in troble for fraud,or after they were sued they  would change there name to select portfolio servicing aka fairbanks capital inc. equi credit,american select portfolio,they once used a name aetna finance co. aka itt financial services for a door to door scam in the 1988 to the 1990s, look them up on mortgage servicing fraud you will find  alot on sps.

why dont you look up select portfolio servicing there a fraud and getting away with it,im sure they will be out of bissness they have been under investgation alot.
