You must be working for the same people that is harassing old seniors with the intent to rip them off.  If you do not have a better suggestions for the sick elderly struggling to keep their homes then keep driving around hanging out the envelopes at the door knobs and collect your $5.00 check for helping them with the scam. That is the only good christian thing to do. Right?

Yes, it is SPS, but while they have had my mortgage they have made a ton of mistakes that cost me money and when they call me it is usually their mess, not mine.  Except it becomes mine... So I usually answer when they call.

SPS bought my mortgage  ok Great a ton of letters stating so great !
Statement comes reads that one Is late so if you are that means 1 day after their grace period
you consider late after much reading actually your not late Until 30 days Past they and all of them use this as a basis for late fee charges Though understand they are trying to help us stay current
with That said, Just keep sending them money your payment amount as you do it will be applied according or in a suspended account till they rec the balance whats very frustrating  no company name give when they call or comes in Unknown, It is illegal and deceptive practices
OH WAIT isnt that why the the housing market went BUST and the working guy gave
dam near 1 Trillion dollars to all of them to shore our countries finance  i have question here
why did they the USA give me or the rest of that money in an account so we could go to the mr. banker say ok apply all of this money to MY house Loan then that money would have benefited truly the home owners that are honest and working and at the same time Benefited the banks showing the loan either paid in full or paid down considerably that would've been the smart think to do
the 1 trillion given out would though partially need to save the global it shouldve been done in installments and the rest as I mentioned

SPS is a mortgage company that will start calling when you go one day past the due date, knowing that there is a 15 day grace period. They used to call me on Monday mornings when the payment was technically due on Saturday or Sunday...they don't call any more since I started using an air horn to answer the phone.

    Good Grief...!

SPS bought 90,000 (yes), 90,000 of Springleaf Financial's mortgages. After following their specific instructions to send all future payments to SPS's address (and it was mailed well before the due date), the check has yet to clear. They couldn't even find our account in their database when we called to inquire if they had received and posted the payment ("it hasn't been uploaded yet"). Now, they are calling. Unbelieveable...

I have received several calls from 904 722-7050, which I have "missed" - (they are calling in on my PERSONAL CELL PHONE, which number I do not provide to anyone other than known friends & family).  THE FACT that the 904 caller fails to leave a voice-mail message supports their being a SPAM caller.

I have purchased an AIR-HORN and EAR PLUGS.  When the 904 caller attempts to reach me again, and I am able to answer the call - GET READY.  That AIR-HORN will be heard thru that telephone and on to HEAVEN!
    Hallelujah!!

Received 5 calls from these people. First two were messages on my machine.  The last three, I answered, every time they asked to speak to someone that I have never heard of.  Each time I told them they have the wrong number and do not call me again. This hasn't stopped them from calling me, I will seek legal actions if they call again.  FYI, I paid off mortgage 8 years ago.  I do not owe anyone...I also cancelled all my credit cards then, my only bills are phone, power and property taxes...

Poor Sps servicing loan sucker replies to Lawyer
2015- I have two loan modifications and they were approved but I don't understand why I get harassing calls telling me to try the programs when I'm in a program to help with what they are wanting. SPs is the worst mortgage company ever , however they are not a mortgage company they take payments for the loan. How can they approve modifications then??!!! They suck.
