This number, 1-904-72-27050 has called my phone 18 times in the last 40 days.  They leave messages saying I need to contact them immediately regarding my mortgage payment. They even started texting, saying that I can be alerted to my missed payments and that charges would apply.  On line the phone number brings up a "Select Porfolio Services" and it says the buy loans.  I was worried that my home loan had been sold to them, so I contacted my bank.  My bank said that they had not sold our loan and they would never sell our loan.  TOTAL SCAM.  But they keep calling.  It's been every day this week.  They should all go to jail  !!!!!!

If your loan is sold federal law requires that you get at least two letters in the mail.  The first would be from your current mortgage company informing you about the sale and telling you who they sold it to.  The second would be from the new mortgage servicing company.  SPS is easily found on the internet and you should be sending them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.  They are completely messed up and usually get it wrong, and that is speaking from experience.

You received letters and spoke to this caller yet still came to a phone number look-up site? Why? You already know to whom this number belongs.

Called regarding mortgage

They have called twice. I only know at the end of the day when I check my calls. Apple give you the ability to stop your phone from ringing if you are not in my contact list. I use the feature and it works great.
