I got a call today.. but they never left a message.  Thank god I went on the net to do some searching!

Just recieved a call from this number on my cell phone. I am also on the DNC list and am wondering how these idiots got my number. I have not filled out any apps or any credit loans on line. I have never used a payday advance loan and live no where near New York. If these @$$holes want to call me again, I think I will give them an ear full.

914-373-7134 says call is from Ossining NY. No message left. Is first time I've seen this one come up but expect after reading the other posts that it won't be the last.

IF you file a lawsuit, the same number hit me today.10-28-11. I do not answer the phone unless someone speaks through my answering machine and no one said anything.I`m adding ALL collection and scam calls that are NOT mine, which so far (knock on wood) I do not have any, to a list time and day and company.

The number on the Diana Gould site you left is 914-347-7134, not the one everybody here is complaining about.

They just called today shortly after 3 p.m. Pacific time; caller ID said, "Ossining". I got the same automated message other people here have described, saying they were conducting a survey about the debt crisis and that I would win a cruise (but would have to pay port fees). It sounded rather scammy to me so I just hung up without doing the survey.

I got a call the same...thanks everyone for th erpost...we need to spread ther word about this service here

Some named Patrick called from this number, AGAIN! This time I told him to insert his finger in his rectal cavity, remove it and smell of it! He said I was rude and hung up, lmfao!

Called my cell phone during the first inning, game 7, World Series. I answered, "Hello," and the line went dead. I hung up and checked (914) 373-7134 on this site. I suspect this is just a fishing expedition for now to verify a working number for a future scam call.

I have been getting calls from tonsofnumbers. Icalled the attorney generalin Paand got a callbackformthemtellingmetoignore them they are scams. Don't thesepeople realize they are breaking thelaw by claimingtobe something they aren't.

Got a call 10-28-11 from 914-373-7134. A recorded message stated I would get a free two day trip to the Bahamas just for answering a survey.  I immediately figured no one gives away a free trip to the Bahamas just for answering a survey and hung up.

Received a voicemail from this number today at 6:45PM CDT. Sounds like a scam, based upon what I've seen in the past, and other posts here.

The message is as follows:
"Please listen to this very important message. This is not a sales call. This is Jennifer from ESG Research Group. You have been carefully selected to participate in a short 30 second research survey pertaining to the nation's debt crisis. And for participating, you will receive a free two-day cruise for two to the Bahamas, courtesy of one of our supporters. Gratuities or a small port tax will apply. To begin the survey, press 1 now. To decline the survey and be removed from our list, press 9." (Message repeats, then disconnects.)

In years past, I've received cards in the mail saying I've won something or other and to call. When I'd call, they'd want a credit card number to cover some costs or verify my age. I'd just say "I don't have a credit card." I've never heard anyone hang up so fast! :-)  ~SCAMMERS!~

DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, give these scammers any credit or personally identifying information.
