Recorded message about credit card

Does anyone know the address of these people that keep calling seniors for credit card information. I have reported them several times for my mother. NOTHING IS DONE!!!!  I will be glad to deal with these [***]. Give me these [***] address!!! I have special gifts for these [***].  

I got a call from this number today at 12:44 PM.  It was a robo call from "David", calling to lower my interest rates on my credit cards.  The recording prompts the person to press the number nine key to speak with a "representative" about lowering interest rates.  I have received this call in the past and it connected me to someone.  This time, however, after I pressed the nine key, it disconnected me.

have not been bothered by this SCAMMER number since Jan 22nd, (just all their other ones).

Recorded message from 'Jonathan' offering "lower interest on my Credit Cards because of the great way I have been paying my card the last six months......press 9 to talk to a Representative".
So I pressed 9 but the message continued "press 9 now or 2 to be removed from our list". I pressed 9 again and still nothing.

Wonder what TRICK or GIMMICK these SCAMMERS are pulling now.

note to all  NCO Group the Debt Collectors  NCO  Bought Protocal Global Systems.  So if you owe a debt. NCO may be using Protocal Global systems Card services recordings. To try to SCAM information out of you regarding your financial status.

If you get a lot of recorded  Calls that you think are  for credit card info; they are Not in actuality they are trying to get info from you so they can share with their parent company. NCO systems.. be forewarned.

I am so tired of getting these credit card calls.  I am on the do not call list. why can't someone do something about stopping these calls?

They FAKE (and constantly change)  the number so it would be almost impossible to catch them.

This was the latest "last chance" to reduce my credit card debt.  After hearing the recording I picked up the phone and pressed 9 as instructed.  A guy that identified himself as Jason asked if I wanted to lower my credit card rate.  I asked him if he'd like to go to jail for running a scam.  He said "F***K You" and hung up.  This is the way legitimate people do business...........RIGHT?

Eventually they stop them, but it takes patience. They stopped "Rachel from Credit Card Services" eventually and got them good in court. The good guys do win, but it takes longer than it does for the bad guys to get your goat. My tactic is this: Of course I don't answer a call when I don't recognize the number, or when it's some crazy sequence of numbers and letters. Also, I'm not going to inconvenience myself by shutting off my voice mail system. I keep a log of spam phone numbers, then block each one as they come along. My phone company makes it easy. (I have Time Warner, and it's one of the few things I actually like about them.) Then I write down the date, phone number, time of the call and who they say they are. Next I go to complaints.donotcall.gov and register the complaint. It's way more convenient than my state's reporting system (WI), which requires filing an actual form. It takes about one minute. If I get multiple calls from the same people I say in the comment section, "This is the Xth call from these people in X days." or since such and such a date. It makes me feel like I'm doing something helpful by gathering actual data. Forget about the NSA and all that crap. All you can do is what you're willing to do.

Consumer Reports for March has an article reg: these types of calls.  They state the National DO Not call list is fine and works well.  The calls you and I get from telemarketers are "scammers" and do honor the DO Not Call list.  They do not feel they have to.  Recently a class action suite was settled for $11M to the companies doing this very thing.  Time to start another class action suite?  Maybe!!!

Left the message that if I did not want to receive their offer I could press #3.  I doubt that my voice mail did that.  I added the number to my blocked list,
