got a phone call from these scammers at 9:43 this morning.

received call at 11:25 am on my home phone. it went to message - wanting to lower my credit card interest.

DO NOT CALL

For several years, I have been on the do not call list.  I religiously reported all numbers that came to my home to no avail.  I have given up and no longer spend the time doing so.  I do not answer any call from a number I do not know nor do a set aside a block of my time to go online and fill out the form to report unwanted calls.  Life is much better dealing with this nonsense this way.  The calls are irritating though and I do not understand why with all the technology available the phone company cannot provide you with  call blocking with no limits on the amount of numbers blocked as part of your service.  I would think it would be worth their while to avoid others removing land lines due to this harassment.  I believe if everyone had the ability to block all unwanted calls then they would stop at some point.

Received call again from this number. Just let it ring.

Don't answer calls from unknown numbers!

Call from 1-941-803-4666. I asked their physical address and company name, and they replied, " Why, where you planning on coming to find us?"  Then they hung up.

Left a pre-recorded message about lowering my interest rate.
I put the number on call block,

I received a call this morning.  Three last week from 941 803-4666.  When you call back no one
answers.

A scam out now - found out by the Department of Labor - Washington, D.C.  when these calls  come
in, the caller (if you call back) uses your number to try to get $75.

Beware - never answer calls you do not know!

These morons called again today.  I pressed 9 to talk to a representative and listened to some nice music until a recorded voice said that customer service was not available at this time and then hung up.  It seems that if they call you wanting to do business they would have people available at the time to do it.  They ought to get their little drug addled minds into rehab and get honest jobs.  Can you say:  "would you like fries with that"?

Called about lower an interest rate on a credit card I don't have. Listened to the automate message and pressed 1 to speak to a rep. Rep answered asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rate. I said no I do not have a credit card and I want to be removed from their list, was disconnected with a messages saying customer service was not available and was hung up on. Called number back was told my call could not be connected.

Called and said some crap about servicing my member if I had a card or some bs... Told them I had my member well in hand.

You are so right.  Unless I know who is calling, I do not pick up the phone.  Thank God for caller I.D.

I've been getting calls from this number every 4 days. My Caller ID displays Palmetto FL. It's a recording, and there's nothing said about which co. the call is coming from, if any. They say something about my credit card rating. I have no credit card.
Since it's a recording, I've no way of telling them not to call me again.

When I try to call that no., all I get is busy signal. They must be busy spamming someone else. Whoever it is, they likely have recorder set to call so many nos. in a day. I'm guessing this goes on and on, all day every day!

I learned a tip some yrs. ago, which has worked for me in past but doesn't work for this no. When you get an unwanted telemarketer type call, repeatedly and quickly hit # on your keypad. That removes you from their database, and you won't get another call from them.

Received call from this number.  Recorded message from "Dave" offering to lower credit card rates.  Scam.  Submitting complaint to National Do Not Call Registry, though not expecting anything to be done about it.

The caller said "Hello, this is David,"  and to lower my credit card interests rates, press the "nine key."  he repeated "press the nine key" tice.  later I was given the option of pressing "three" to be discontinued from receiving these messages.  I have received calls from "David," before.  I pressed "three," and then reported "David" to the FTC as a Do Not Call List violation.  I do not know why the Feds cannot pick up "David" and put him and his entire operation in jail where he and others like him belong!

I keep a whistle to to my telephone. I blow it into the phone when someone answers. They hang up immediately

This # attempted to call my cell phone twice within one minute, blocked both times because the # is not in my contact list. Given other reports of their conduct here I am not sorry I missed the call.
