caller told me i had 3 crimial cases for check return.. he told me to give him the lawyer information or to pay the bal which is over 400 with all the fee. the guy was very rude and told me if i dont pay he would send the officer to my job to arrest me. he knew my ssn and job information which he told me . i feel its very scary that ppl play games when i work everyday trying to make a living for my son and myself.

I just got the same call this morning it scared the crap out of me I got rude said I have no idea what he is talking about and he said what do you think I am a f****** idiot and that he was going to have the FBI and sherrifs here at my work tomorrow morning to pick me up and put me in jail for 5 years. I tried calling back the number on different phones and no one ever answers. Wtf is wrong with people.

Someone from this number called be saying they were an attorneys office.  I could not understand him.  I kept telling him I didn't understand what he was saying.  What I could get was there were charges against me.  I told him I do not know what "Seminole activity is".  Kept telling him I was not familiar with the Seminole's activities, my husband is Mohawk and Cherokee (heheheh)  He got very angry.  I guess he thought I was making fun of him.  Evidently he was trying to say criminal activity.  Anyway he quoted all of my information.  He said they were coming to my office and drag me out like a "bulldog".  Then they were going to shoot me in the head.  Nevertheless, this is very serious.  Obviously they have our information.  Very scarey.  I have not decided what to do but these people should not get away with it.

Can you let me know what you find out?  They called me and said they were going to drag me out of my office like a "bulldog" and shoot me in the head.  I know they are a scam but I am an engineer and I work in different parts of the country and am usually living alone.  They are creepy and the [***] should be stopped.  I have not checked my checking account lately.  Almost afraid to.

The [***] called me in reference to a payday loan I supposedly took out, (which I didn't), and giving me the same lines that it seems everyone else has heard. Gotta love a script, huh? When I called back [***] #2 answered and started his script, when I interupted him, he got pissed, and started again, I intrerupted him again, and got the same result. By this point he was dropping the "F" bomb and a few other explecitives,and told me the cops will be where I work within the hour.  At this point he has about 40 minutes left. Wondering if I should plan my escape? Seems to me that there was a lot of money and effort wasted on this POS to become a "lawyer". Maybe trying to collect B/S accounts is how he is paying back his student loans. At the end of the call with the threat of SWAT coming to get me, I camly replied, "Good luck with that Habib", he muttered something under his breath, and hung up. I wondered if it was whatever they say before they blow themselves up.............alas I will never know.

He called my job and my cell phone stating that the state of californa has three law suits against me and i would have to make a payment in order not to go to jail.

I got the same call but at my place of employment. I was in a bad place to talk and took his information down and was told to call Ronnie Cooper . I call him and he said he was from the California Bureau of Investigation and said there where criminal charges against me and 3 charges against my SSN. I asked what this was about and he said that I took a payday loan from him and I have not payed him back. I laughed and said I never took any loan out from anybody and he got mad and said thanks for wasting his time and hung up the phone. What is bad is they got the number where I work at and it is a county government job.

I got a call from this number at 8:44 this morning, from a Jason Smith, they said i was going to jail tomorrow if i did not pay for a loan. I never took out a loan .

They called me again However I just told them they are calling the district attorneys office and i have all there info soo they are going to be arrested by the FBI!! hope this stops the calls.. lol!!!

I am getting harrassing phone calls from 951-389-0292.   They wont state their business and keep makes threats to me.....they have even called my work!   Stron Indian accent and rude!!!!    They are driving me insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have reported to the Dept of Homeland security and the Attorney general.  THey stopped for a few months but are starting again now :(

I got the same call, but his name was Frank Robinson, and need to speak with my Lawyer for a payloan that I never received back in April, I check me account bank then. Not only that I put a fake Job for the payloan and they said that where I work, LOL, Boy these people are Studip, they did not do the research while. Someone need to put a stop to them, I mean they not the only one need money and going thought hard time no need to take people information and try to use it againist them. I was upset at first. But I remember some time in the past I went thought the same problem, But these people said they was going to suspend my License that make me look up their number. I gald am not the only one, But we need to really do something about this.

This is NOT good at all.. This idiot just calls my job asking for me. Saying its the federal FBI. So i panic and tell my aunt who works with me..She looks up the number and tells me its a prank. When i asked the man (Indian accent} how does he know me? He said i know were u live so i said where? and when he told me i had panic. Am just changing my number and creating a new bank account... He knows all of my information just a little worried..This world just keeps getting worse day by day.

This number has called multiple times the last 2 days.  They speak with a heavy accent and left only 2 messages.  You can barely understand what he is saying. The person identifed himself as Alex Cruz.  

Wanting to call him back or my attorney.  It burns me up that they call literally all day and most of the night.

well here you go..this guy keeps calling my cell phone telling me my son is in serious trouble and has committed a felony. has papers on his desk and needs money to pay this off...CUTE RIGHT.
first off if my son was that dumb to do something that stupid he would not give anyone my numbers, second the police would have him waiting for a court date sitting in jail not some idiot asking for a pay off.. How dumb does this guy think we are..and yes he has a heavy accent too.

I have received 19 calls since 7:22am and it is only 8:20am.Please help me!What can I do?He is being rude when I did answer and hang up he called back and said why did you hang up the phone I was talking to you!This is crazy!!!

Iv got the same call yesterday i dont normally answer numbers like they left voicemails saying my name well thats all i could understand the next day more calls so finally i call back i was so worried said monday their will be an officer at my home crazy people i hung up on them no call since

I received a call from Ronnie telling me the same thing and he had my social and employers info. I do not know if he has my checking information. I hope not. Have any of you who received a call from Ronnie had money taken out of your account?

I am assuming based on all the postings he may have our information but not our full account numbers. Thats why they want us to goto Western Union so badly.
