I got this call today about 15 times.  He told my fiance that I owed $600 for a loan from Cash Advance America.  I called about fifty times just to get a beep to leave a message.  I finaly got in contact with someone who could not tell me the date of the loan because he said it was irrelavant and he hung up.  I called back five times just to get hung up on every time.  I tried one last time and got the same man I talked to previously.  I asked him wear to send the money and he would not tell me unless I took a picture of the money and send it to deanjones.acc@gmail.com.  Then I knew it was a scam then.  He called me a dumb [***] and said that I could talk to the FBI in the morning when they picked me up.  How crazy is that?!!

This guy called me at 7:32 on a Sunday morning. Knowing by the number it had to be a sales call of some sort I didn't answer. He called 2 more times and said through his very strong Indian accent that his name was "Jack Davis" and I needed to settle things with him or get a lawyer.  I laughed at him and hung up. He called back a few more times and held the phone up to my screaming/crying 2 year old and he stopped. This is a SCAM!!! Do NOT deal with this slimey [***]!! BEWARE!!!!

I just got a call from there but they asked for my husband. I told them I was his wife. He then preceeded to tell me that he wanted to have sex with me. I said excuse me?? He said you heard me. I want put my p**is in you a**. I want to make you scream and I want you to suck my c*ck. I told him he can't talk to me like that. He kept going so I immediately hung up. He has now called me nonstop. Idk how to get him to stop and he's disgusting. What the heck is this???

As early as possible it's critical to determine if your collector is domestic or yet another South Asian faker. The former you can sue into submission; the latter tend to be out of reach.

I recieved the same message as all of you on my cell phone over the weekend. He called himself "Sean Marshall" - Paralegal to a "Ronnie Cooper"  .. He said I has 3 terminal legislative and business allegations against me and not to ignore the call and return the call to their office before they filed suit in my county in Ohio against for God knows what (he did not say what I did on the phone - but did have my name, phone numbers and ss #). His english was broken and spoke as if he were middle eastern - he also did not speak in a professional manner that attorneys and their assistants do. I was still scared though because even though I smelled a rat these people had my information and panicked thinking they could access my bank account.  I called them this am and we got into a terrible argument. They made up some story that I owed money and if I didn't pay it right now - they would have the "cops" at my door. When I said I was reporting them to the BBB -- he hung up on me. Mind you .. The man claiming to me Sean Marshall answered the phone as "Ronnie Cooper". I did call the BBB and there is a warning out & this is a scam. In my area it will be on the news today so some unsuspecting elderly person or otherwise doesn't panic and pays them the money they are demanding. WE DON'T OWE THEM MONEY. They are just trying to make us think we do. If all of call and complain to the BBB with the phone number they can put out the warnings in your area to. The number to the BBB is 800 743 4222 & the number I'm reporting is 1 951 389 0292 (they called themselves attornies representing a "pay day cash america" <- I have no idea what this is .. I don't use pay day loans. I wish all of you the best of luck. Don't get scared .. Get mad! Don't pay anything and report these idiots! There are hundreds of calls going into the BBB each week on this scam!

same call I got but i wasnt so nice,i told him that my best friend was a jog and i know i have no case against me that he better miss place my ss number and that i was turning ther number into the law and they can deal with it, I just tryed calling them back to get alil more info and now no one home lol they must be scared

They call claiming that I am being sued.

The idiot messed up. I got a call at work. I alerted the FTC and my Federal agency.

My daughter has gotten calls from this number and a different one last week. She is only 20 so really freaked out about it.  Her bank acct had been compromised the week before the phone call started and they had the last 4 of her SSN and her employer. Don't know if these people have managed to hack into her account.  She has reported the last call to the police and as a precaution notified the FTC, all 3 credit bureaus and her bank. Trying to protect her identity and sanity.

I keep getting the same calls over and over I cant even begin to tell you how many times, a few days ago it was at least 30 missed calls from this number (951) 389-0292 , he claims his name is Steven Scott , now I have someone calling me from a local number saying the same crap!! Funny how the voice mails they leave are all the same , I have a lawsuit against me , I am going to go to jail ,I need to call or my lawyer does and if I ignore the matter they wish me the best of luck. One of the voice mails even sounded physically threatening.  I will be taking the advice of one of the other posters and advising the douche I am actually with an officer and they would like to talk to the "paralegal"

I have been receiving these calls from different names or people for the past week or so.  I finally decided to call the morons back and he claimed his paralegal was out of the office for the day.  I told him to hold on because I had the police here and they wanted to talk to him about the harassing scam calls.  He said I will never call this number again and you never call my number again.  I asked him if he didn't like being harassed and he said no.  I have called him back 25+ times and he just hangs up.

I received a call today on my cell phone......couldn't even understand this idiot.....i called back this evening to tell them not to call me again ....that the FBI amnd attorney general's ofc were taping my calls and that they are going to be located and their scam will be shot down

they also call me everyday tell me i am going jail i have an law -suit against my name if i didn't send money i was going behind bars they calling my job. saying this nathon brown call me at 607-795-7354 then i get a call at this  number  he was a lawyer at watkins & associates   from 951-389-0292

Same story. Mine started with a "no caller ID" followed by this number.  What a scam.
