Received a call from this number.... who r they?  The guy said his name was phil and it had to w my house.
Who r they and what do they want

says they are with some lawyer office....when i typed in the number into AnyWho...this is what came up...

This # called my father who has a pre-paid phone and then called my ex-mother in law who just got her new home number and told them they where looking for me and i am bing sued and they need talk to me. i called the number and i got someone who just could not talk. they put me on hold and then put a lawyer on the phone so he say if i dont settle the amount i will have a judgement on my credit and they will take me to court.. this is just SCAM i never applyed for payday loan so i know they where lieing do NOT FALL for this and yes he did say the last 4numbers of my ss to comfirm that it was me. now i am on my way to the SS office to get a new number and yes people you can get a new number just apply because there is so much ID thife going on you can get one. i have seen it done at the SS office so check into people. DONT FALL FOR THE MESS PLEASE!!!

We just received a call from these people claiming to be lawyers, for someone who doesn't live here.  They were very rude, called my wife an idiot and a stupid [***] and various other things.  They insisted that the person lived here and that they were going to sue us for unstated reasons.  She called back to complain to a supervisor and was hung up on.  They called back to call her an idiot again and other rather unsavory names and then hung up on her.  Again, not even for a person that lives in the state.

I just recvd a call today from this number, they initially left a msg stating the call was in reference to my property, very important information. First I was puzzled because I  didn't own the properly, I rented it years ago. So I called back and a guy said it was in reference to a civil suit towards my property, I advised him that its not my house, he put me on hold for about 8 mins, then someone name TIM Mcdon got on the line and started saying we can work this matter out over the phone and they sent several letters to me trying to resolve this, mind you, this is all without telling me what its in reference to then, he eventually said I took a pay day loan out in Aug 2005 (no company name)  at the address and they gave me $400, I laugh because he was clearly incorrect. I asked him how did he get my number, he stated because the phone is in my name. I laughed again because it wasn't my phone, and I didn't live in that place in 2005, let alone take out a payday, I was pregnant, not working and I just moved to this state....a month after he said I took the loan out..never been to nc before Sept. .....a big scam

This guy was rude on my answering service. Talking about he was looking for my inlaws. Scam big time be careful

these morons called my house and asked for me by my maiden name i have been married for over 30 years.  When I called the number back they said I was being sued.  Contacted my attorney and he reported them to the attorney generals office do not fall for the bs they are dishing out

These people called my ex. Husband which doesn't speak English that good and told him that a sheriff was going to go to his house and serve him for some Credit card that supposedly he hasn't paid. I called back to see what they needed. They treated me SUPER bad they are discusting called me a stupid B***CH and everything. They are a SCAM!!! Does anyone know where I could report this phone number????

these  scammers just called my 80 year old folks, said i was being sued for some bogus property, i called them back was treated terrible, told them i was in the area to discuss things! they hung up on me and will not answer the phone.... get a real job scammers!!!!

These guys just called and asked for a friend of mine. He said he was from CCS & Assoc LLC. When I asked for a toll free number that my friend could return the call to he stated that the number he gave is a toll free number (what a liar). Says my friend is about to be sued and he wants to wrap the problem up. The same guy called a few weeks ago, at that time he stated that my friend was about to be sued and that the Sheriff's office would be here on Thursday to serve papers (that never happened either). This has got to be a bogus thing Ive have never gotten any mail or a legit service.

My neigbor (and landlord) just gave me the message that Ernie needs to talk to me about a legal matter.  They had my name and address correct but called my neigbor's phone.  I'm trying to come up with a way to stop their calls.  Has anyone come up with an effective way to do it?

I got the same call today    IDIOTS !!

These people have called me two days in a row and have left a message. First message said it was regarding my property and the second message just said that it was a very important that I return their call.What are they trying to do??

Company sent me a message that if I do not call, I should not boother to call back.

(I have no intention as I would do no business with someone so unprofessional.)

I just got a call from these people on my home phone I just got this phone turned on it was a very threating recording and they stated they had try to contact me several times. They said it was cca this is a bogus company, I have never been contacted by these people before nor do I owe anyone money or have anyt kind of legal issues. When I called back they said they were going to send the police out to my home for an unpaid loan. I have never taken a loan out in my life, I then said your sending the police to my home, thats strange because my father is the sheriff in this county(which is not true) they hung up on me and wouldnt answer the phone again. DO NOT give any information to these people it is a huge scam.
