Btw when they called the caller id had my name and number...

First thought was scam, which is why I found this site. I won't waste my time in returning the call.

I repoted it to the Federal Trade Commision (FTC) through thier website and gave this url for additional information.

First I got a phone call from JDI about property. Then the next night they called looking for my niece who does not share my surname and lives in another state. They are very aggressive about what they are trying to do. If you have caller ID and don't recognize any number, don't pick up.

I got a call from them today.  Thanks for the heads up.

I received this same message...what jerks!!..I'm pretty sure if they have your number they have your address!!

Receiving phone calls from the above number stating they need to get ahold of me immediately regarding my property.

Received a recorded call from JDI & Associates a few minutes ago stating they urgently need to be in contact with me about "this property".    First thought was SCAM.   Thanks for the info on this site.

Just got voice message saying it was JDI Associates or something like that, have been trying to get in touch (not true) re: our property and need to hear from us TODAY.  Clearly some scam.

I just recieved a call from this number and it was an automatic message listed as JDI on my caller ID.  Claims it is a very important message and they have been trying to get a hold of me.  I knew right away it was a scam and to confirm it, I looked it up and saw this website.

I received same call, same message, but return the call and the line is busy. Looked online, see it is bogus. I am on do not call lists, too, so very annoying.

Received a message frorm JDI Assoc. stating it was about property back in Michigan on a certain road that our son owned.  He did live on that road but never has owned property in his life.  They did not state reason for call except it was urgent they speak to him.  I did not return call and found this online.

these people are trying to steal you're money and personal information.they are nothing but thiefs i have turned them into the f.b.i the california attorney general and the city of corona police department.they are calling everbody in the local area wanting money and personal information,do not give it to them as this is nothing but a fraud and a scam.

I also get rude calls from these jerks.  I have never returned the calls. I don't own any money on ANYTHING.  They never say the name of the person they are calling for and they never state the "property address" they are calling about.  Someone needs to report these fraudulent [***] to the FBI.

I just reported them to the FTC.  YOU ALL SHOULD TOO.

WTF and that other dumdum are full of crap..this is SO a scam!

Thanks for the info! I have been looking for info regarding what to say when these fools call back. Now I will be prepared and will be able to let them 'dig their own grave' so to speak so that when they are reported, it will be even better!
