stop calling their annoying

I just filed a complaint about this number using the website listed abovel  We get calls from this company almost every day.

If you call 1-800-488-0166 and choose option 8 you can be placed on their do not call list.  They will ask for your phone number, name and date of birth (or address).

The person who I spoke with tried to solicit me but I was firm and a bit rude.  Once she said I was placed on their DO NOT CALL list I hung up.

JC Penney has lost my business for selling my information to them.

Calls come in daily at all hours and no messages are left.  I wish this would stop!

You need to get used to speaking Spanish.   I predict within 10-15 years this country will become a Spanish speaking country.  Look at everything you buy; the labels are in English and Spanish and I even heard spanish music while holding on a government telephone line.  At least all the government agencies and schools will convert.  Lazy Americans who know that the illegals are coming here in increasing numbers, are using the facilities that we paid for and are voting, yes voting.  I have sent numerous letters to my senator and congressmen but did not even get a "go away you bother me" reply because I am one of probably only a few hundred people out of the hundreds of thousands in their districts that bother to send do anything.
Sooo sad.

BTW, the DNC does not work (for you) either.  Out of the thousands of complaints they have only taken a few (less than 50 I think) to court.  Think about it, there are so many loopholes , i.e., if company X has ANY relarionship to company y that you just asked for information from then they have a right to call you.  I am sure the politicians are laughing all the way to the bank on this rouse.  When they government does take them to court you can bet it is because the average American has done their work (for the government) and the government has what it needs to win.   When they win they get court costs PLUS the fine.  Does the $11,000 go to the victims??   Nooooo, it goes to the government.    
Face it although our form of government is still the best in the world our current government is probably one of the worst due to the money grubbing politicians.

Sorry about the rant but the Rev. Peter Marshall's statement "..unless we stand for something, we shall fall for anything.." I believe succinctly states the condition of our country.

I DO NOT want ANY calls from this company!

Stonebridge Life just won't stop the calls.  When I do answer I tell them I am on the do not call list but that doesn't seem to stop them. They continue to call and try to sell. I just hang up. There must be a way to stop these call.  I cancelled my Penney's account and I know they got my number from there. They call all hours and never leave a message.  How can you stop these calls?

If they do represent J.C. Penny, and You have done business with them in the past, it is perfectly legal for them to contact You about other products, even if You are on the do not call list.

I'm tired of getting calls like this. I am on the no-call list & I want this to stop.

Simple

IF you have an account with JCP - they are allowed to call you as they have a previous business relationship with you.  So they are not violating do not call laws.

The only thing you MUST do is contact JCP directly  and tell them you CHOOSE to OPT-OUT of receiving telemarketing calls - JCP is then required to put you on their INTERNAL DO NOT CALL LIST.

Your number will be removed from the list they send to the telemarkters who are calling on their behalf.

I have been receiving calls from number 954-926-0167. Would like my name taken off this person's list.

Kept on getting calls every day from this number, sometimes 2-3 times a day. I hope they can just stop.

My elderly sister and I continue to get harassing phone calls from 954-926-0167 claiming to be a company called Stonebridge Benefits, Inc.  I have punched in the required numbers to have them drop us from the list, but to no avail. Where do I report this to the FCC?
