In last 4 weeks Ive received atleast dozen calls from 954-926-0167 and all it says in caller id is telephone sales dept ? Same lady is ALWAYS on other end and when I answer she asks if this is resident of and she gives me my ex wife name !!!!  ???I asked her where she got my number and her response is my ex wife who she refers to by name put my number ....my unlisted home phone number thats in my fathers name ....and  our last name is nothing like ex name...the lady on phone claims ex wife gave her  my  number and address on her application as her resident ?? I told her nobody by that name lives here and my phone and address have no connection to her do not call again....and ive told her atleast dozen times and she still calls back....today when she called and asked for ex wife i told her how many times do i have to tell you she dont live here and dont call back and she didnt say anything and hung up...she must work for a loser company that pays her for telemarketing and she got bonus for finding my ex wife and connecting her to me ....i kinda think the ex did put my info on application...she used to live 90 miles from me and she moved year ago so now she lives down street few miles away...she lied on her social security benefits form so she'd get more money maybe now she is trying to pull another rip off...

Stonebridge is who called me from this number just did the Do Not Call list and is fine

I started getting calls after I signed up for an insurance policy with STONEBRIDGE Ins. The offer came in the mail and I called the 800 number. They said JCP would pay the first month. I told them I absolutely did not want my payments charged to my JCP card. I also returned a confirmation that stated this.. All of the following posts have opened my eyes to the fact that this is the reason for the calls.
My caller ID says only TELEMARKETER and the number: 954-926-5878..
I don't answer the calls. That would be dumb. I have reported this, but expect it will take 30 days.

continual calls and no messages!  Annoying to say the least!

I have told these people to put me on their do not call list.  They call me 2-3 times every day.

I called the number for Elaina today, it is no longer in service. She must have gotten tired of getting calls too LOL. Anyone out there have her new number? Thank you in advance!!!

Well!  It is August and after calling this number back and requesting removal from their list on April 3, we have had NO more calls!  YEA!!

Called me twice today, then disconnects when I answer.  I redialed and and it went straight to a Bot telling to call another number after first explaining that it the original call was an unsolicited sales call (and also telling me to press 3 for English...)  As well, they offered to add me to the "don't call" list", as if I'm REALLY going to confirm my number so they can sell it as verified.

They are from Jc penny and are calling up to 3 times a day and knows our names. the names of the adults in house.

These people are harrassing all day long calling early morning till night. please put stop to these calls

Just got a call from this number. Guy asked for me but was speaking Spanish. I hung up

Getting calls on a daily basis. Had an account with JCP over 10 years ago. That account has been closef for a long time. I'm not sure what they want. They never leave a message on the voicemail. Other than hard breathing. Very disturbing. Will file a complaint.

I received a call tosay 1-954-926-0167 - and the person on the other line just keep on rattling even i told him i dont talk spanish and what' the call all about. Annoying - i answered the phone i thought its an emergency.

Received a call from them today. I had already looked this number up previously. So when they asked for me, I told them they had the wrong number. No one by that name here. Lol! I guess I will see if this works. They were polite and apologized for the wrong number and hung up. Guessing it's just a standard telemarketer.

I regularly receive a call from this number. I never answered their calls, they never leave a message.

Whoever this is keeps calling me,do us all a favor AND STOOOOOOOP! He says he's with JCP but I highly doubt he is,I will be calling JCP customer service to let them know that he is calling random people.
