If you are getting calls from this guy,call JCP customer service and tell them what's going on and was wondering if there is a way to report this guy. I let the lady I talked to know that he is calling LOTS of random people and saying he's with JCP. Please if you get a call,report him to JCP.

I received 2 times this call (man speaking in spanish) in a span of three days-claiming to call from JCPENNY.

I typed the number in google and to my surprise I found this link. I'm glad I'm not alone.

They have been calling our new number for weeks now, every day, never leaving a message. The caller ID says Telephone Sales. Unfortunately, they have 31 days after I registered my number on Do Not Call List before they have to stop calling. When day 32 rolls around I'm reporting these guys. By the way, I've never had a JC Penney account...

I have also been getting daily calls from this# as late as 9 & 10pm. Would really like it to stop!

This spammer is a private company hired by many businesses, not just JC Penney. I get a calls from this company to my cell number, which I have never provided to JC Penney, so they are definitely working for someone else regarding my account. Judging by the other posts, they try to sell many different products for different clients.

These posts go on for years, so complaints to the FTC obviously aren't working. If you get calls like this to a cell phone, do like I do and start a SPAM contact which has a silent ringtone or goes directly to voicemail. Any time a telemarketer calls, just add the number to the contact.

I get a call from this number all the time and I want it to stop! I call it back and I hear something about an important message from some phone company. I wish I knew who leaked it, I would call them at 2:00 in the morning and pretend to be an automated message. Then I would call again . . .

Calls daily from Pompano Beach, FL.  Will not speak, just breathing in background.

The company calling is Stonebridge. Explains that they are calling card holders on behalf of JCPenney to offer multi-million dollar life insurance policies for mere dollars a month, and if you enroll then JCPenney will pick up the monthly premiums for the first so many months your policy is in effect. I have told them several times to stop calling me but they continue to call. Also getting information packets in the mail from the same company for the same thing!!

This number is harassing my work number!!! We've blocked the number twice and it is still calling!!

I don't know how and where this person got my phone from but they are a fraud and the phone and the FBI should look into this matter.

I get one from this number at least once per week and I do not answer it and it is on my cell!!

it's strange how there are post dated as far back as 2007 and they are still calling... Interesting how this number popped up 3 days after I opened my JCP account. 4 months of calls is enough for me. I will be at JCP first thing in the morning to cancel my account

I know it's JCP by reading these reviews, THEN I called one of the (800) numbers to put my name on the do not call list.  I then questioned the woman on the phone and she even said companies like JCP, Discover card, and something else, are partnered with Stonebridge.

Just got a call today and they hung up!  Stop calling!
