I receive this # on my ID and they never leave a message. I refuse to answer any calls I do not recognize. I want them to stop. It is getting to a point of harassment. Thank You

We received repeated calls from this number. The name 'Ben Stonebridge' appears on the screen. A few times, I ignored it thinking it was simply a wrong number. They call at all hours. Finally, I answered on Monday 3/3/14. They are always Spanish speakers, asking for my husband (we are both bilingual; his 1st language was Spanish). He refused the offer; I called the number back and was able to put our number on their 'Do Not Call' list.

Boycott JCP!!!!!!!

I have been dealing with Stonebridge since June, 2013, when we started receiving multiple daily calls. We have had multiple interactions with JCP (where they indicated they would stop all solicitations) and Stonebridge and have no faith that JCP has any interest in addressing the illegal and unethical conduct of Stonebridge. I believe they are colluding with their practices, since they have not done anything to reign them in and are apparently desperate for revenue because their stores are so pathetic. If they were an ethical  and honest company, they would have addressed this. Stonebridge has been doing this for years and has been in and out of federal court. A reputable business would not tolerate this.

Calls on occasion have subsided briefly after complaints, only to return. We blocked one of their numbers (954-926-5876) and so now they've started calling using the 954-926-0167.  Trust me. They are relentless (as well as stupid, paying people to call people on the DNC list who clearly have no interest in doing business with them).  All they are accomplishing by these phone calls is pissing people off!!!

People, spread the word regarding these harassing solicitations! Boycott JCP and tell everyone you know to do the same!!!  I cut up my card last year and will never walk into one of their stores again. That is the ONLY hope that we have of having peaceful dinners with our families without those slimeballs and dirtbags trespassing into our homes and lives!!

Iowa successfully sued Stonebridge and JCP for their fraudulent billing for "membership clubs" to which many never consented but unknowingly were made vulnerable through purchasing something online or on the phone from JCP. I hear Sears uses them too. we are cutting up our Sears card too.

Received call late evening, no message.

Upsell for DirecTV (Jen with DirecTV), trying to sell me premium packages.

Constantly getting calls from this number, Ben Stonebridge.

Just got calls from this number right after the other. One is listed from Ft. Lauderdale and the other is from Drs. Kirk & Vale. They call at least 6 - 8 times a day.

I have reported them several times to the FTC and still getting calls.

They are at it again.  Block their number if you can or they will continue to call

For the past month or so, been getting calls from Ben Stonbridge, and number that displays is (954)926-0167.   I have my answering machine on, they never leave a message.  Sometimes calls 2 or 3 times in one day.  I never answer and they never leave a message.  I finally "googled" the name/number & found all this about them.  A telemarketer.  I will never answer their calls, and may have to cancell my JC Penny credit card I recently opened.  I work graveyard shift, and their calls during the day awake me every day.  I have finally unplugged my phone when I sleep.  I just want them to stop calling.

This is now DIRECTV!!!! Independent Sellers. They're trying to get you to sign up for ”free” channels for a few months but what happens is they add the channels, you get charged and the 800# for your account has no idea who you talked to or whose number it is. Its a scam. These independent Sellers get a commission to sign you up by lying about the package they're signing you up for and you get charged.

I got this call too and just now (around 3:25pm,  the Pacific time). I answered the phone, but nobody responded but turned off in a minute.

Calling on an anniversary of 9/11 how low can you be.

Thank you for the info on who these people are. They called for my wife, but would not talk to me.  The way to get these people to stop calling is......CALL JC PENNY and tell them to notify Stonebridge that they are harassing their customers. And if the phone calls don't stop.  You and all your family and friends will stop doing any business with JC Penny. This is the only way to get the attention of these business that sell our information. Guaranteed that Stonebridge will sell it also.

Interesting because I recently got a jcpenney card.....  Hmmmmm. Shame on them.  I always thought of them as a reputable company too.  Can't trust anyone that is for sure!

Just got a call from this number and researched it. I've never done business with them or even previously heard about them. I make it a rule NEVER  to answer any caller that I don't recognize. The callers do stop calling.
