I just want to know if it's legit.Government Jobs

I got a call from 512-404-1292 that gave me this number (971-285-3130). I called it and got a recording stating that it was a line regarding a job processing government refunds.  I doubt it's legit.

I received a call from 512-404-1292 and it was a recording saying that I could be processing government refunds. When I spoke with a Representative she sound like the same person on the recording for the other number she gave me 971-285-3130 I think that this is a scam so watch out people.

I am very interested about regarding a job  processing gorvernment refunds.

It's a scam.I got a call from 512-404-1292. I gave the $79.00 start up fee and recieved nothing...... Got a return call from 1-971-285-3130 She said would me back to see why I didn't get my list.She never called me back again, Please stay way. If anyone know how I can get my money back Please reply

If you paid by credit card, then you should simply be able to contact your credit card company and they should be able to trace it and refund your money...

Thank you for posting this... I just got the call myself.  I am sorry you are out the money but it did save me.  My last day on the job is Friday this week.   I would've been out that money and get a lot of grief from the expense that I couldn't afford.

It does not seem valid to me they did not offer any message or gave any name or location.

call this number and found out who this company is.  They say they are gmi enterprises, but I could be mistaken.  I looked up gmi enterprises online and on there web site it shows that they outsource services, and many other things too.  This might not be the same company but if it is there web site is professional.
I called the same number too and was very scepticle.  So I wanted more information checked you guys out.  Then I called back (got the same guy) and he didnt say he worked for the government, he said it was gmi enterprises.

I want to know what happened to Theresa that paid the $79.  Did she get her stuff yet.

gmi stands for government mortgage insurance.
This is a scam.  Dont buy it.  They just want your money, and the people that are working for them are clueless.  At least Misty was.  Shes just working there trying to make a living taking all of our calls.
Check out sohojobs.org they have job listings and scamers on there web site and this scam is listed in there most recent investigations under federal refund tracers.

Got a call from the 512-404-1292 and it left a voicemail but I only recieved half of the message because I have a ringback, so I called the number back to see if I could figure nething out and it gave me the 971-285-3130 number to call and so I tried just to see, and it sounds like a SCAM!!!! so don't try or you will probably be out your money like the other few people who were.

good evening... i was reading your message on yesterday ,, and just wanted to let you know you are not alone... I also gave the $79.00 ,, the only difference I paid by check ,, therefore was able to call my bank , and stop it... What saved me was google ,, and these comments .... It has been a lessoned learned,, because I should have googled before I even gave my information over the phone.. My reasoning for responding to you was to let you know I went online to WWW.BBB.COM.. I found it surprising that this company GMI has not had a complaint in 36 months.. I thought I would just advise you that they are listed with the BBB, but they are not accredited with them... Good Luck !! I hope everything works out...

Contact your state attorney general to file a complaint.

I got a call from 1-512-404-1292 got a recording with a nother nuber I aint even going to try and do it. Its a SCAM!!!! Dont waste your money on these guys its not worth it. If you want a ligit work at home job go to your local BBB office and let them help you look up the ligit stuff.

got a call today, told them I will get back with them, did some research on this site and thanks to you guys I will not be sending any money. They will get another call, but it won't be a good one!!!!!!!!!!

Recieved a call from 512-404-1292 (a recording), which referred me to call 971-285-3130 for more information on government job opportunity working flexible hours from home (yet another recording). Everything was sounding good until they mentioned a $69.00 fee to pay them for a orientation package.

I'm staying away from this one, and hope you do too!

I got the same call today.  They are really working it!  Thanks to your postings on here, I did not give them any funds although it did sound enticing.  What a way to scam people right around Christmas time.  I hope Santa fills all of their stockings with coal! (smiles)
