I missed a call this morning from this number with "no name" identity. Number is constantly busy if you call back. Comments I read here said calls are from a prison. It's good to know where a strange call is coming from on a Sunday morning at 9 o clock. Well I sure won't answer that one. Internet look-up states '972' is an area code in the Dallas area not Washington State. I have no friends or family in TX or WA.

This is a call from a company which most states are using to handle calls for their state and county correctional facilities.  An inmate use to be able to call collect, but because so many collect calls were accepted and then the bills were never paid (think about it!) they now utilize this company.  

Unfortunately, an account must be set up prior to actually accepting a call.  In Utah, I had to set one up with a credit card with $25.00.  Once I set it up, I could take the call from my son.

I just got 3 calls from this number.. Nobody Im pretty sure  I know.. I got to talk for 1 minute and it disconnected me. I just want to know who called me and who I was talking to???

Did anyone call back the number it left if you wanted the service???? I'm trying to set something up but can't find the 1800 number!!!

How do you set it up if you can't find the company name????

Were you able to get contact info from that prerecorded message?? I'm trying to set up something as my kid used it to call me...after the complimentary 60sec phone call with him, it disconnected and I was unable to retrieve any info!! Help..anyone??

I stayed on the line till it asked if I wanted to receive a 60sec complimentary call which I accepted and it was my kid in a NYS correctional facility...so it does work!!!

I stayed on the line and a question came if I wanted to accept a 60sec phone call..I did and it was my kid...He's in NYS Correctional Facility...It's simply an inmate service ...Apparently a new one....Maybe you could wait till that part comes up and then you'll know who's trying to reach you???

I listened all the way thru and when it offered me the 60sec complimentary phone call, I took it...it was my son in a NYS correctional facility!! I'm so glad for this site as I couldn't find any info on the company except for here!
Can you tell me how much the "minutes" or calls cost?? Some people said they put up 50.00 and you put up 25.00...how long does that last??

I do not want to receive any calls from this person who is at downstate facility in Fishkill New York. I have a block on my phone so I don't receive collect calls from this person. I also have an order of protection against this person. I have no desire to talk to or even look at this person after all the harm they've caused me and my family. So I am asking you kindly to please block these calls from that facility to my house. I just want to be left alone after all the harm and trouble this person has caused us. There no good, and will never change. Thank you.

I answered, a recorded message in Spanish came on.  I hung up.  It called again a minute later, same thing.  This number traces back to Plano, TX.  I don't even know anyone that travels to Texas, and anyone that knows me knows that I don't speak Spanish.
