I also received phone calls from this Indian guy about Windows... We answered and hung up, then after about the 5th call, gave him a piece of our minds.... then he started calling back every 30 to 45 minutes until 9pm. He would then call (same guy) from different phone numbers.  I bought CPR CALL BLOCK gizmo from Amazon (and paid $10 extra for same day delivery) that attaches to your phone line; all you do is hit the BLOCK NOW button and hang up and the number is blocked! You can program in up to 999 numbers that you know have called you (check previous caller ID). Now most calls don't even ring, some will ring just once and disconnect.  So far I'm up to 29 known numbers that I programmed in within the last 30 days. What a relief!
