    WARNING!! SCAM BAIT!!
It's an ID and number mask used by scammers sending out volumes of spam mssgs from their computer to cell phones or recorded mssg to landlines.
Much as in the unknown rich relative scams purportedly having left you millions$$$$ to claim, these scammers claim 'your number' has miraculously won 500,000 US $$$  and to contact them back at a Hotmail email address. My wife and I have numbers in succession on our cell and both received the same mssg today.
DO NOT REPLY TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS! THE ONLY THING ON YOUR CELL PHONE WITH THE MSSG DISPLAYED IS TO HIT YOUR OPTIONS/MENU BAR AND REPORT IT AS A SPAM NUMBER AND CHECK THE BOX TO DELETE ANY CALLS/MSSGS FROM THAT NUMBER

I don't think the 2 are related, it's probably either your phone was receiving the mssg as the Fidelis call was incoming so they just left a vm ; or, Fidelis may have used a company line that doesn't show on caller ID for whatever reason....collections??

Just got this number.  I almost didn't answer it.  Turned out being the the United States Post Office informing me that a package that I was lost has be delivered.

No it isn't. Caller ID can be easily faked, & can say anything the sender wishes. It's a well known scam to get you to give the caller your name, address, etc. Has been reported here before.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I have Verizon and I know for a fact that this number on my bill is from a prison. I have a friend in prison and I am on his call list. When he called, it said "Unavailable" on the caller I.D., and when I looked at my bill, I saw the 999-999-9999 number, so I looked at the date and time. It was from when he called me from prison. Most prisons now have a pin number system where inmates can use money from their commissary to make calls, kind of like a calling card.

I wouldn't waste any time worrying about any death threats. They will say anything to try and get the money they're after.  They're all cowardly, lying, criminals.

You cannot stop them from calling your number! anyone can pick up a phone and dial numbers (at random) and hit your number. Of course, they're doing it on purpose, not accidentally. Just don't answer when they call... EVER!

Got calls from these guys: Invalid NPA
    1-999-999-9999
    10:27am 1/05
    10:25am 1/05
    8:09am 12/17
    4:50pm 12/03
    3:31pm 12/03
    11:11am 12/03
They claim to be from "the technical department calling about your Windows computer... Got your number from your ISP... You registered for our service" NOT. If you tell them off or hang up they keep calling. My spouse got on the phone & they would not answer his questions about who they were or how they got our ph#. They have called before from a different ph#.
