Just got the call never answer calls I don't know.

"v" numbers are  the number of your call being dialed by an automatic dialer. The first three numbers are the month and the date.  The rest of the numbers make it easy for the scammer to remember how to reach you again since they know you are easy to scam.

What the heck is caller ID worth.  This has gotten to be a real problem.

I didn't answer because the phone number was so weird. It seemed like a scam and I am so glad that I didn't answer after reading all of these comments.
