Recording claiming to be local sheriffs office looking for a 31 year old female last known to be in my area.

Honestly like these numbers are just scammers they won't do anything but try to bribe you into buying something

Oh yea. Cause anyone that uses all 9's to hide their number is very trustworthy. Called late last night. Didnt answer. But they left a message with about 10 "hello"'s in it

Caller ID Name Not Found, no message. Other reports make this sound like some real low life scum.

Not sure what you are saying-can you try it again and please do not types in ALL CAPITAL letters.
This translates into YELLING and does offend people, and when you yell, people have a tendency to not listen to what you are saying. Also it's obviously a fake/spoofed number.

Its in the us for me because I got a call from +1 999 999 9999. +1 is us only.

This number has appeared on my phone bill 3 times over the last week, says I was on the call for several minutes, says they were all incoming ,I have no recollection of any of these calls at all...

+1 is on Canada too, so It's either a US troll or a CAN troll.

called taking a survey as to who I was going to vote for in the upcoming election, Trump, Clinton, or Johnson . I asked the caller, Zack, who he worked for. He replied "a survey company". "Which survey company?" "I don't know" "You don't know who writes your paycheck?" "No." "Well call me later when you have more information and I might help you out. Bye." I kind of felt sorry for him, but not enough to take his survey. (especially with this bogus phone number.)

I get this number as a text linked with toys r us

Had a call previous to that which was 000-000-0000.  Understand that it is some weird form of telemarket tracking or something.  Then got a call from 999-999-9999.  Answered the phone, but there was no one there.  I heard background noise but no person spoke.  Would understand if it was a prank, but it isn't even that!  Strange and very annoying!!!
