- BobReceiving ANNOYING calls from 302-369-3107. The caller ID is ICLLC. When you answer the telephone there is no one on the line or if you say HELLO they hang up. If you let the telephone ring to your recorder they do not leave a message.
- 307-215-1001We filed a complaint with the FCC as well (Federal Communications Commission), and logged our number into the National Do Not Call Registry. Filing an FCC complaint is easy to do online. We'll see how long it takes for the calls to stop.

For the past few months we have been receiving recorded phone messages asking if we are Melvin L Young. The recorded message says “if you punch this number your are admitting that you are Melvin Young” there is no other option. When try to call the number back to explain that we are not nor have we ever heard of Melvin L Young, however, the phone system is automated and we cannot get anyone to answer.
Today is Sunday, I am trying to relax and the call comes again. In fact, in the past four days we have received three calls with a recorded voice mail asking to speak to a Melvin L Young. I am tired of the harassing recorded phone calls from a business that does not identify itself or respond to phone calls. Please help us. - pryashuThey are one of the worst company to deal with even though their products are good, but it has a very bad customer service with improper training and very rude attitude. So check out my experience, i switched from their regular dsl to new u-verse, when they were doing door to door promotion with 30 day money back gurantee. I signed up to try whether i like it or not. So, i tried and didn't like it because tv was keep freezing up, so i cancelled it within 30 days. When i called to cancel, i wanted to get rid of all services. But reps was keep asking me if i wanted to keep any of the products without screwing up my 30 days money back gurantee, so i ended up keeping my internet and rep told me that i will receive the credit on my account when i return the equipment. So i did, but week later i receive the bill with nothing fixed plus late payment and they were keep calling me on my cellphone for payment and i told them the story and they stop calling. However, 15 days later i receive a letter saying my account is in delinquency status and need to make immediate payment before they report it to credit bureau. I got freaked out and called AT & T to see whats going on? The reps i talked to start explaining that they never had a offer like that and company will shut down f they come up with free trial period deal. I told her, this is what att rep told me when they were doing door to door promotion and rep wrote on my packet about the 30 day money back gurantee and then she started talking about att contract and she was so rude on the phone that it seems like i was lying about it. Also, that time i found out that my old dsl line is still active and incurring the charges, eventhough i upgraded the package. After all this, she have her supervisor call me to look into this, but before all this i need to make a payment of $151.94 for u-verse package i used for a month plus i need to make a payment on my old dsl line in order to close the account and she put me on automatic payment option, but line got disconnected and i called back to find out what happen and i told her my sotry again and she said they did have an offer like that in april and it takes a billing cycle to get credited and close our conversation. Hour later, i got a called back from att supervisor saying i am not eligible for 30 day offer because i didn't disconnect all of my service and their is nothing like reordering the internet service and its too late to fix. So, i need to make a payment and i said no cuz why would i pay if i am under the offer, its not my fault that att reps can't keep their act straight, so she hung up. Later that day, i got a call back from collection dept and i refuse to pay the bill until they come up with some type of resolution, but he said its not my dept to deal with billing issues and keep asking me for payment. So, finally i paid $69.44 and hope to resolve it in the mean time, but they suspended my account day later for non payment. Now in order to get it reactivated it need to make a full payment with $ 5 processing fee and $30 reconnection fee and i paid because i needed the internet for work, but i want something to be done.
- LEE TRIBBITTMy wife and I have been enrolled in the att 5 cent a minute long distance plan for a number of years when we contacted one of their reps and were told that we could save money by switching to their new one rate plan. Since they had our calling history in front of them they said that this new plan would be more economical for us. imagine our shock when our first bill was 40.00 dollars higher than our previous bill. The next months bill was 25.00 dollars higher than our usual bill. When we called back to be returned to our previous plan we were told that the plan was no longer available. The rep knew this plan was cheaper but convinced my wife that the new plan would be better for us knowing that we could not get back to the cheaper plan. TO me this was very dishonest and calculating by the att rep.As of today the plan has changed but not to my satisfaction as it is now 10 cents a minute. Maybe its time to shop around for a more honest phone company.

- Edson Fanundes de OLiveira(Esse endereço é o atual) sou da Up de Brotas em Salvador estou estou cursando TST, em março como é de praxe nas rematriculas da faculdade, oferecer aos alunos a mudança do dia de pagamento de suas mensalidades, sendo assim em março 2009 eu optei para mudança dos pagamentos do dia 25 de cada mes para o dia 05, a Coordenadora da UP repassou as informações para a FTC, e dia após recebi a informação que meu pedido foi aceito sem problemas, só que apenas foi aceito. . . nunca mudaram no menu (ficha finaceira) e em virtude disso estou com as mensalidades atrasadas, já me dirigi a todas instãncias que me deram acesso, porque essa faculdade é literalmente desorganizadas nunca consegue falar com alguem de fato que mande que tem o poder de fato de resolver os problemas dos alunos. Diante desse impasse e sem obter êxito, estou buscando auxilio a JUSTIÇA COMUM pois não consigo ver outra alternativa. Alem do mais faz 50 dias que solicitei meu remanejameto da UP de Brotas P/ a UP de Feira de Santana, em virtude de meu trabalho me transferiu para a cidade de Itaberaba, e como nessa cidade ñ há o curso q faço q a cidade mais próxima é Feira de Santana fis essa solicitação, que também ate o momento não foi definido.
Lamento mais estou muito chateado com a organização dessa Faculdade sem falar da arrogância do Sr. Ricardo Veloso que me respondeu "que não fala com alunos" só deveo salientar que alem de acionar a justiça estarei enviando com testemunhas aos meios de comunicação todos os fatos gerado.

It's now Cristmas, and because of our financial-loss, I had to sent my kids to their granny for Christmas, seeing that we cannot even buy them a simple Christmas-gift, or look them in the eyes to tell them we had to use their college-funds + our savings to be the 'benneficiaries' of the 'will', so that my kids can have a better life instead... My heart is in pieces about this scam and my kids college funds is gone, but they still give me a hug and say 'MOMMY, WE WILL SURVIVE'..HOW DO YOU RESPOND TO 12-YEAR OLD TWINS' AFFECTION, after what happened to their college-funds??????????????? tHOSE SCAMMERS ARE PREYING ON VOLNREBILLITY and CHRISTIANITY! They refuse to take 'NO' for an answer!!!!!!!!!!!!
- SandyI would like to know what can be done about spammers who send the same text to my phone. I get at least 6 texts a day from the same spammer. I have tried everything to get it to stop. The text is from http://jgproperties.com. I have tried to locate this address but it takes me to a site that has multiple real estate websites. Im sick to death of recieving texts all times of the day and night. The phone companies are making money from these spammers by not doing anything to protect the consumers. The comsumer is charged for overages that these spammers have created. Please help.
