How to report annoying Telemarketing calls.

I have used esupport.fcc.gov for my landlines in the past so it should be okay to use it for yours (at the time I disn't have a cell phone, just my landlines).

I also wouldn't just stop at the FCC or the do not call site but try also FTC's own site and ic3.gov as well and see if that might also help.

Harassing calls all day every day

If some people don't get calls during the holidays, you can be certain that your callers are wimps hiding here in the US. They are enjoying their holidays and I don't want them to enjoy a holiday or any day of their pathetic life.

909-784-7802 this stupid number keeps appearing on to my phone. Receiving message about applying cruise ship insurance and every time i pick up they hang up so it goes straight into my voice mail.

After working with the public for 15 years, I can tell you sometimes you need to repeat things.

I get annoying calls at least twice a week from an Air Duct Service...I live in a senior residental apartment complex and have no need for that service...they call after 5pm and as I'm not well the calls really bother me. I could not contact them as when I call their number back(1-206 257 7822) I get the recorded messsage: "B241 test successful" I don't know what that means????
How do I stop the calls??

I get calls that simply say "goodbye" when I answer .  Then come the messages when I don't answer on the answering machine that say "Day".  There is not a valid phone number when I try to dial back.  The real phone number appears on the answering machine.  I have called to report that I don't want those calls, to no avail. The calls started in April and are still coming.  The valid call back number is 1-616-613-2225, however you get a sales pitch and no response to complain.  Very  maddening.

They use a combination of "spoofed" caller IDs and actual "VOIP" portals courtesy of unscrupulous marketing companies who pay individuals for a small spot in their homes and small businesses all over the US.  It is in these places where the company provides internet service and a phone line or two to the gateway.  Time on these gateways are sold to anyone world-wide who wants to appear "local" to their intended victims (oops, I mean "markets").   Of course they are not going to stop calling.  Once on a call list circulated by these thugs, it is sold, and re-sold... the buyers are going to make the calls.

I don't answer unknown or unrecognized numbers.  For each unidentified number which doesn't leave a VM, I do a search.  If the number comes up as one with lots of complaints, I add it to the contact named "SCAM".  Depending on my mood, I assign a ringtone of "silence", or for some cathartic relief, I use a barking dog.

909 is an area code in San Bernardino/Riverside California....block it or report it.

Send the calls as a call forward to the States Attorney General's office. Verizon allows selective numbers to be forwarded. Let that office see what it's like to get these calls day and night.
