GOOD JOB! I REALLY hope they get BUSTED.....These foreigners had bugged me a few months ago at work, home and cell phone....and then they stopped....but today, another one called me from a different number. Could you please turn this number in, too? It is 1-818-457-5528. My son and I had also turned them into our police dept before. I looked this number up and it is from California, and a landline and a VERY RUDE foreigner....I don't understand HOW the hell they get my phone numbers, but they BETTER stop....this is RIDICULOUS.....

May 20 my mother in law called me in hysterics She had been called by Kevin Martin and told I was being sued they were trying to serve me paperwork, she did not give my info but took their number and some 4 digit claim number, I called him and he told me I needed to pay 300 dollars by 3pm or he would continue the Case against me see he was bing nice and stopped it from going to court, I gave him a wrong address and hung up, a week later he called from a New number I answered and he sent me this weird email telling me that I had ten days to pay 465 or it would go to court, I told him fine but I don't have it, then he said I could pay 200. looking at the email the top was dated may 2011 but my payment date was no later than June 10, 2010!!!! My husband said this is a scam do not answer anything so everyday my cell phone rings and then the home phone rings every two hours until 5 his time. there is no voicemail since he left such nasty things on it. He also wanted to tell my husband about the debt to get him to pay once I informed him I have no job, or access to a bank account. After he told me he could have my wages garnished.. I did take this loan out in 2006 for 200 dollars he says I owe 1,452.12 now... And I am on disability and I can't pay right now, but I look for the cops every day since he has scared me so darn bad... I saved the email and the voicemail, if he does take me to court.. Or jail Today's number was 1234 and then a Pa number.. Help please!,,,,

I made the mistake and answered n the guy knew my name and told me i was being charged with larceny n could settle out of court by paying him $556.00 right now with my credit card over the phone he even gave some supposedly court docket # in told if i didnt pay the police in my state will be coming to arrest me in 24 hrs for applying for a payday loan and not paying he gave me the name and while on the phone i pulled up the site its not a payday loan company its a site that helps you find companies to give you a loan. I told him I will call him back with my cc# but never did when he called me back I told him the company he me gave I never got a loan from and I'm not paying him anything. My lawyer would handle it.He began to yell at me and say you are going to JAIL!!!!!!! I'm contact your local POLICE RIGHT NOW SO MS. GET READY FOR THE POLICE TO ARREST YOU IN 24 HOURS!!!. Well needless to say they police never came to my home , and the call stop for a minute but it seems they have started again I dont answer nor return the VM. They are scammers in are even threating you with going to Jail...He knew my address and last four digits of my social..I immediatly called all 3 credit Burea n put a Fraud Alert with a code they choose on my credit that only I know which was mailed to me in the letter confirming the alert so they cant do Identity Theft..Why cant they catch them in stop this I've had 3 strokes n 3 months and dont need this stress....

the guy calling me says his name is joseph west with a very heavy accent calling from chicago on a cell phone with a boswton ma number have invited him to my home pray to god he comes for dinner soon

I receive these calls all the time as well, the latest call I got on 7/1/11 said he was a Police officer in Colorado, but would not give me any details about the payday loan I owed. Just said I knew what he was talking about and this was my last chance. He also had an accent and called 3 times from 303-353-1860 and twice from 888-335-7976
Go to a pay phone, kinda hard to find these days but they still exist, and call that 888# 10x to run up their bill. It's fun to call them from a courthouse pay phone, when they google the # they'll realize some people are on to them. Hopefully they call a DA or two soon

These fools keep calling me on my job. I NEVER used a payday loan and NEVER will. I knew these crazo's were scams when they first called me. Called me again today and I told them I knew this was a scam and they are to never call me on my home phone or my work phone again and hung up in his face . I am so sick and tired of these people. Ugggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
They did call someone at a law office in Kansas I think way back but I have read there is nothing the FBI can do unfortunately because they can't track them.
They had stopped calling until yesterday at work. I just had the front desk take a message. They called my mom once because she was on my payday loan. I have not had a loan for months and am getting my life in order.
People don't be scarred by these scammers they are just trying to get your information so they can take your money...
No one is going to come in arrest you in 3 hours and they would have to take you to court in your state. They only say NY is because that (646) area code number they use is a Manhattan area code.
It really is a shame but what they are hoping is to pray on what they believe are us "weak" people that take out these loans because we need aid at times.
I am rambling like normal. Just ignore them. I know it is hard.
Trust me the first time they called me I did freak out. We work with a lawyer at work and she has told me that she would call them if I wanted, but I told her they are just nuts, but if it continues I just might have her call, maybe then it would def. stop!!
Okay, enough rambling. Really sucks that there are these kinda people out there. They will go to hell in the end!!
