Strange number on caller ID +011

I am constantly getting calls from so-called local numbers prefixed with 011, or 0111.  I get one or two of these calls per day.  When they do deign to leave a message, it is about some kind of car warranty.  My vehicles are WAY past any kind of warranty.  I'm just getting sick and tired of these kinds of calls.

It's just another spoof to try avoiding the call blocker. All you have to do,is get a " White List " call blocker. If you block one by mistake,just call it back and add it to your white list.

011 is usually used for making international calls.

How can I block all incoming calls that start with 011

I believe that information has already been posted in this thread.  If not you can put the words "call blocker" in the search box and read through the numerous threads that discuss call blockers and how to use them.
