Atty Thomas Alvarado 9092537355 I became eligible for a government grant. Pick from a scale of you pay first and you receive the grant amount in 24 hours. I picked $800.00 will receive $25,000.00 in 24 hrs.  I had to send my money to Western Union, Deborah Anderson, Cleveland, Ohio 44120. If this a government grant program why must i pay snything???? I will not send nor give any banking information!!!!  I SMELL A SCAM!!!!!!

Your sniffer is good, but then, from your description this just reeks of scam.  The only time that "attorney" will ever get close to a law degree will be when he is standing next to his Public Defender in court.  The Government does not call folks out of the blue to offer them money.  You have to seek out and apply for it and if there was ever a processing fee, it would be small and you would never be asked to send it via Western Union (or iTunes cards or any other form of untraceable payment).  No, calls like this are pure scam, they want you to pay them for an empty promise of money.
You should post your experience at the proper thread for the number that called you 1-909-253-7355 so that others that are searching for this number can learn from you.  Right now the number thread is empty, so you could be the first to post there and enlighten others.

Received a call today from -909-999-6832. Recordings from the IRS stating that they have 4 related issues concerning my taxes. And if I don't call them back. My local police Dept. Will be arresting me within 24 hours. SMDH!!!!! GET A REAL JOB PLEASE

the 909 area is San Bernadino, CA. It is listed in the area code section of the phone book
We get calls from people we know in that area.
Spoofers  use area codes from many different places.

sAMet someone on M.D.C., fro9095809558. Asks for money, to bewired to Turkish bank to someone named James Webb supposed to be an interpreter for a job she is doing as a mechanical engineer.
DO NOT SEND MONEY!!!!!! SCAM.
