"Rachel" from Card Services

Rachel's group is guilty of robocalls, identity theft, stalking, pathological lying, spoofing numbers, pretending to be legit people or organizations, etc. It should all add up to 100 years in prison without parole, and that's a good start.

That is the most cruel thing I can imagine, to trick people into paying a $3,000.00 fee! The bullying calls are bad enough. But this is out-right larceny, any way you look at it. As we know, from another posting here at 800notes in the forums, the Fed has pulled the plug on a few companies that have played the "Rachel" scam for years now.

The list just might also be larger than that too!

These idiots seem to make attempts at defending the indefensible a weekly thing also ... laughable as well as pathetic at best!

AT LEAST 100 years ... the punishment for drug possession in Singapore at most. The havoc and hell they have created in so many lives! I've gotten to where I can't even consider such vermin human anymore... and calling them any kind of animal is a diservice to the animal kingdom!

I am not an advocate of medieval punishment but when stuff like Rachel get out of control medieval punishment should do a good job of stopping it. Since they are good at inflicting pain upon the innocent, they should know how it feels to go through pain. Nothing extreme, just put them in jail and have a bunch of phones ringing nonstop with a big caller id flashing random numbers. Trust me they won't feel good.

Criminals who abuse the rights of the innocent masses should get their rights taken away and treated like trash, and forced to do community service by putting them on a leash.

These scum have at least scammed or attempted to scam just about everybody for at least 10 years.
In the beginning when these scam calls started jamming my phone up to 10 or 12 times daily I may have been a little les forgiving and settled for life w/o parole ... but as time progressed... I changed my opinion regarding justfiable punishment to where it now is! Poetic jstice sounds good too! But those in charge of whatever prison needs to strongly enforce no outside contact especially no outside calls and no computers where they can use some VoIP service and spoof numbers to continue perpetrating their stupid scam behind bars. Just phones (outside their reach) ringing 24/7!

People who are expecting to get a call from their loved ones or business end up seeing a spoofed number that rings out of control, and no wonder people hate them and feel sick. On top of it the stalker like tricks, empty threats that plays around with people's emotions, etc. They are hiding in a boiler room cubicle or some crack house thinking nobody will find them. Their lame games won't work in front of poetic justice.

Not to forget needing to make emergeny calls! These rejects jam the phones so much that no one can use the phone for it's intended purposes!
No nusinesses can make calls, no employees and no family member, relative or friend can! Because these toxic rejects repeatedly spam everyones phones by robo-dialing every number that exists multiple times a day! These idiots have even called kids cell phones during school hours!

They may feel safe in their smellyboiler rooms but that won't even last for long. Too many violations and too many lives disrupted (where those affected have built up not just hostility towards them but animosity to sheer hatred as well).

Their lies and their cowardly, pathetic lives can't stand the light of day and once faced with the same thing they dish out to everyone else is the kind of justice that, at the least, fits.
In a sense, the punishment fits the crime!

To sum it up they are messing with everybody. Thus they deserve to get treated like crap big time.

They treated everybody like crap so they, in turn, need to be treated as they treated everybody ... big time! No compassion, that won't be included!

Compassion is for those that deserve it. These criminals deserve no compassion from anybody not even their own God if they believe in a God. Karmic reactions are like Newton's 3rd Law of Motion. In their case, the force will be so hard that they'll get disabled beyond help.

By their forcing their bs scam on everyone repeatedly and without any compassion in evidence then none should be given. And each time they ruined so many lives, disrupted so many and invaded everyones privacy the resistance, hostility, animosity and hatred couldn't help but grow more! Given the chance I'm sure there'd be those of us (perhaps many) who'd love to literally rip these vermin in pieces!!!

What you were doing was illegal which makes it a criminal activity in my opinion.
Robocalls are illegal unless you have given them prior permission in writing (not worded into some small print contract from a 3rd party) and are absolutely illegal to a cell phone.  The Telephone Consumer Protection Act permits individuals who have received certain unlawful telemarketing, such as junk faxes or telemarketing calls, to sue the violator in state courts where they may be awarded up to $1500 for each violation.

If we want to stop these calls then we need to dry up their revenue source. Your phone company is charging a fee for caller ID. Your phone company then pays the scammer for sending their caller ID information. Your phone company pays only a fraction of a cent per call and you pay $5 to $15 to your phone company. The scammers send out millions of calls per day which amounts to a significant amount of money however your phone company is charging a large amount to millions of customers. This may have something to do with the phone companies inability to stop these calls. You can also see why the criminals keep calling even though they know you won't fall for their scam. If someone does make the mistake of answering the phone and falling for their con then it is just icing on the cake for them. These people are the lowest form of filth on this planet.
In order to stop this we need legislation making it illegal to charge for caller ID. If a phone service wishes to operate it would need to provide the caller ID at no charge to other phone providers and to it's customers as part of the service. Here is the $50,000 solution that the FCC is looking for and it doesn't cost anything.
Many of the disposable numbers come from Pacific Telecom Communications Group and they are currently under investigation and in the midst of various lawsuits. (The principles involved have been part of actions by the FCC under other business names).
