Add this number to the list also,(646)918-5448, its a New York number. I received a call from this company about 30 minutes ago. Im so glad that I decided to do a reverse lookup on the number. The guy name is Joseph, and his suppose to be supervisor is Steve Knox. I have had a check advance in the past which it had been so long ago, he actually had me believing that I didn't pay it. He told me that they were going to issue 3 warrants on me for writing bad checks. Every question that I asked, he had to get off the phone and check with someone else. The more he keeps talking the more I began to question. I really think this is a scam.

Did you receive  a document that was MAILED giving his company name & address, original creditor information, dates, amounts, etc.??  NO=SCAM

You are not warned if a warrant is coming either.

So let me be sure I understood you.  You say that you did a reverse lookup of that number?  Then how did you end up here in this thread (the one that clearly says Level 3 Communications at the top of the page)?  Google has the correct thread listed at the top of the page, and there are 4 pages of reports under that number:  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-646-918-5448   and i can find no reference on either Yahoo or Google that would bring you to this page after a search of that number.

If you were to ask "Precious" that, she would say she was just posting her experience onto the Internet.  When I look up that number, give or take the porting of numbers from one carrier to another (which can occur at any time, and without notice except to certain organizations -- the ones involved in the porting, for example), I find that the number was originally assigned to "Local Access LLL" of Windmere, Florida, not Level 3 Communications.

But, hey, 800notes is just a funny-looking blog on Facebook, which IS the Internet to so many young people these days.  So why NOT post anything and everything here, including pictures of your cat?

It makes you wonder whether people are born that stupid or whether it takes really hard work to get that way.

I think they were born stupid and then work really, really hard at staying that way.

Its is clear someone is posting thumbs down on the negative level 3 reviews who would care about these post except for level 3 and their clients. most intelligent people know the truth. if it smells like a load of crap its a load of crap. keep on posting people you are doing a Good Job!  and God Bless you for taking time out of your day to shine the light on the face of Evil. 95% of executives in business admitted they willingly would  break the law to increase the bottom line and keep their jobs LOL I would like to meet the 5% probably small business owners
