Oh I forgot to mention the lower wing takes four smaller spars also, basic same arrangement. So make that a total of eight, and oh yea, asked to be paid by western union or green dot, whatever.

Hey Loch, offer to sell him some wing spars, who knows he/she/it might bite. If so reel them out of the water!

Hmmm, maybe you are onto something big.  Wiretaps of Level 3 Communications revealed that:

Level 3 Communications had knowingly  communicated with and about rumors that Level 3 Communications had communications indicating  foreknowledge of privileged communications which definitively and decisively  communicated that  General Motors, using Chevrolet badging, remanufactured Spad 13 spars in several variants, and subsequently sold same spars  via Western Union Green Dot cards only to drunken pharmacists who had been selling synthetic marijuana (But the GOOD s**t), to local Community College Communication Majors who had been studying communications at lower levels to get the Communications Degrees needed to work for Level 3 Communications.

I am hoping that you will now be as sick of listening to yourself parse logic as most of us are of listening to you scrabble like a rat in a storm drain as it swirls down the sink toward entropy.  I even forget, thankfully, what side you are fighting on; For or Against L3C.   I am not sure you even remember.

You are too in love with your own positions of the moment.  A wise debater first prepares and then presents his views, his thesis, his theory.  He listens and concedes points out of fairness; seeking truth.  The minds of the listeners or readers are enlarged by degrees, understanding is enhanced.
Debate alone, Dear Child.  I urge others to leave you to your swirling.

You are dull and uninteresting and have not done a lick of your homework on the topic at hand.  You are reactionary in the way of the unprepared.  Just drop it.

Did you miss the part where agreed that Sir B. is right, I already dropped it... pay attention.

Until now, I had more respect for you...I thought you was done with the kneejerk reactionary posts and the bandwagon riding. I thought you could be your own individual. You have to troll along with your friends...well READ the last two pages before you say stupid stuff. Shame on you because you're better than that, I know it.

I don't like Level 3, and I don't like them because I don't like them. I know they're not the ones doing the calling, but doesn't mean I have to like them or the industry they cater to. I never said I thought Level 3 were the scammers, I think they make money off scammers and don't care about the rest of us. That makes me dislike them and that's all the reason I need. It's MY oppinion. I'm not gonna sit here and gripe about telemarketers and at the same time defend a company that caters to them. Why is that so hard to understand? It is hard for me to understand why you would take time outta your day to troll someone who for one reason or another just don't like Level 3. Why should you care? why should ANYONE care if I come on here and vent about a slimeball company?

They (L3C) can help bust cyber criminals, but do absolutely nothing about phone scammers. That's Bollocks! Now Let that sink in and forget about what your friends might say for one moment and really really THINK.
If Level 3 can bust cyber criminals, surely they could do something about the telemarketing crooks...kinda validates my oppinion they are slime bags.

Act like you can think for yourself without bias.

Go ahead and insult me again, I'm already disappointed in you so a little more won't hurt much.

Got it.  Your feedback is noted and being digested; both on the topic and the personal level.  The L3C  posts and threads are at least a warm button for me.  Being a debater is one thing, and in retrospect, in the heat, I became an orator.  And orators are much more apt to be one of those fellows I mentioned, in love with their words, shaking fingers at people and the Universe.

I was going to run, but then everyone started to run the other way.  My Dad wanted to be canonized, as the Patron Saint of Gum Aerobic.  We are still working on that.  As an Episcopalian, it is JUST possible he would make the team.

FTC found Level 3 Communications GUILTY of violating "Safe Harbor"act.
The FTC took Level 3 to court because they knowingly mislead the public into thinking they were protecting consumers. The obvious conclusion is that they are NOT protecting the public, otherwise the feds wouldn't have take them to court.

Now, in all fairness to Level 3 here is the "Annoyance Hotline" that you can call and complain about the offending scammers/companies that cold call you: +1.800.348.5457 and here is the link so you know I'm not making it up: http://blog.level3.com/customer-experience/wh ... olicited-calls/
So by all means, call them up and complain about the telemarketer calls and see if they do anything.
