What about Bandwidth another arm of LLC? I Get calls from them, Global Crossing Local Services, New Cingular Wireless, 360 Network USA INC, Peerless, CLEC LLC too. I have done digging and all of these guys are connected and have LLC somewhere in there.

CLEC = Competitive Local Exchange Carrier… a telephone Co. that competes with already established local phone businesses by providing it's own network and switching services!

Just A thought… MAYBE THIS WILL HELP SOME! First, this is my opinion and everything that follows is only my opinion. All of your friends in other cities you usually have their numbers right! Buy a good phone blocker for your landline, like a Digitone Plus or comparable one, That is a commercial grade. Program the numbers and block all except the 800, 866, 877 numbers. Judging from the numbers I looked at there were only one 800 number in the five pages I went through? Even better there were no 877, or 866 numbers? Now you have cut down the numbers you have to go through daily. The 800, 866 and 877 numbers usually come from reputable business. This company in question from what I can tell is in the business of selling numbers, and unfortunately almost every sum bag in the world seems to buy from them. They are in the business of selling phone numbers not concerned with who buys them. Now I don’t have a clue who is selling your number, remember less people who know, it the better off. Secondly NEVER, never give your cell phone out, or for that matter any important information. Why would you take a chance? You don’t know who these people are! If you are having this problem with your cell phone? Buy a new one with no contract! They are as good as the service you are now using plus at $35 to $50 @ month unlimited you are saving money. You can have all your old cell numbers transferred between phones and then relist it with no call registry, (I know, I know unfortunately only legit people respect this it seems). Then add a call blocker to the new cell phone. After just power text everyone with your new cell number. Unfortunately it is a sign of the times. Too many are out of work and need money. They will hit the weakest… The elderly, people who are divorced, poor etc. What is even worse, they try to scare these people. If you see they aren’t very nice, chances are they are not in a real business, but bottom feeder scum. If you have outstanding bills they say you owe? Check your state for limitation laws. Some are done after 10 yrs, but in some states only 5 yrs.. Most that do this type of call really have no case and will never bring a law suit against you. Think about it? If they were going to bring suit against you, it would have already been done. But they will use terror and calling all hours of the day and night to get you to send them money. Tell them to send you the original invoice. Most do not have this. Because these type of lawyers feed on a last resort list and feel any money they receive will be better than none. Don’t Always buy it. You probably owe nothing. they are not nice either. HOPE THIS HELPS, Good luck.

That's an amazingly astute observation. Are you also affiliated with an arm, leg, or other body part of LLC?  I've heard that they were very big and have infiltrated lots of companies.

Yup, I got took, from all that I read on this forum, by scammers. It was the Advanced fee one, they called themselves Same day loan/cash by the different ppl I talked to, the number they use is 775-345-3946 that is out of Reno, NV and they are still tryin ta git more money outta me saying that it will be reimbursed back when they transfer the loans to my account. Do y'all think it would be a good idea ta call em and say that I'm on to em and going to report em?

I recieved a call from 8053085323. They said the same bit and said they will speak with the attonery general. Do you have advice on what I should say in case they call back. Please e-mail me @ le_y_ah07@yahoo.com . Please out in subject redbull need help ASAP

yes and these so called CARRIERS need to be held responsible for ALLOWING scammers to go thru there company.  A LAW needs to be past to do this!
Anyone and everyone who calls you is scamming.  A MOTTO to live by.

Got a call from several of their numbers.  They started as 980-365-8821 then when I blocked it, they went to 980-365-8889 then after I blocked that one they went to 980-365-8838.  Not very imaginative are they?  No message on the machine, and just keep ringing the phone at all hours.  When scammers like this call, I just block them and refuse to answer the call.
