Al will not be replying to you as that post was made two years ago and he's most likely long gone. Plus, this is nothing but a scam-that's all you need to know.

If you know them, then tell us who they are.  I know some people that would like to be friends with them.

Looks like there is a thread for that number.  That is where you need to put your post.  In this thread, your post will not do any good for people looking up a number.  Your post be deleted from this thread.

The number calling me is totally different but local to my area. they say they are the vehicle processing department and have very specific info on my car. today when i asked them to remove my number from their call list they informed me that "i would have to be nice" in order for them to do that although i wasnt rude. about an hour later they called again (for the third time today) and i requested to speak to someone who could give me more info. they acted like they had never called me and had no idea why someone would do that. any ideas where i can report them? i dont think its foreign. i want more than just blocking them. i want them shut down.

If you are on the Do Not Call list you can report them here: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

To report them to the FTC go here: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/?utm_source=takeaction#&panel1-1

What I would do it get a call blocker and use it. The illegal telemarketers/scammers are criminals who ignore the Do Not Call List. To stop them use a call blocking device/telephone (or call blocking app for your smart phone). It will also stop those groups that are exempt from the DNC List. They're available online and start around $50 or so. https://800notes.com/nb/search?q=call+blockers
Also take a look at this: http://www.wikihow.com/Block-a-Call
Do not answer unknown calls and do not call them back.

Frequent calls now from a 754 area code, number 581-9968.  I block them but they're back with another caller ID number soon afterwards.

They keep calling me - I ask them immediately to put me on their do not call list - as soon as I start to say it they hang up on me.

If they are sending actual letters via the USPS, save the letters and content and turn them over to USPS post office, they have a way to stop such crap for you and others. Not in a nice way if you catch my drift, the post office can get rather rude if they need to.......

I agree about call blockers, but recently I have seen a trend (last 6 months) in which they use a different number each time they call you which makes it hard to block and that they are using actual local business numbers more frequently.
