Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

The phone numbers they call for don't mean anything anymore.  They are now using number spoofers.  They can pick a random person's phone number and make it seem like the call is coming from that person.  The government of the US will never be able to stop these criminals.  They wouldn't get involved with a scam from India.  Even if they were to get involved there are about a billion people in India, they would never be able to locate them.  

Also they don't care about your threats or when you say your calling the FBI or anything like that.  Just hang up the phone or say you don't owe anything.  Making any threats or getting mad is a waste of time.  I believe this scam will be going on for years and years.  Try and change your phone number and your bank account info.  Credit monitoring is also important.

call me on my job. on my cell. his name is allen. i cant understand anything else but he had accent.message was ugly from the bit i could understand. number he said to call was 646-397-2416. i told him i knew he was a scamer.

Here is another # 661 213 9240.   Man David Williams (Indian Accent) calling about lawsuit.  Needs my attorney's information.  Speaks with poor english.  Needs me to call back to solve this matter and if I choose to ignore the call he wishes me luck.  Originating phone # and callback # are two different numbers.  Did try to call back and goes to voicemail "Please try your call again later"  No company name etc.   People have paid these scammers at this phone # I am sorry to say.   I have reported this call to all proper authorities-they will get no information from me!  Annoy these scammers as much as possible!

I have been getting calls from this number and different numbers all from the same person. Play there game call them back using *67 and their phone number your number comes up on their end and a private number. I did call back and told them that I had a warrant out for their arrest and I demanded the address. I was told that if I didn't produce a phone number he would not cooperate with me. This guy was from Pakistan and when I told him where to go he stated Osama Bin Ladin is still alive and going to blow up american cities. This might get some attention.

On May 20, 2011 a man with an Indian accent called my work and cell number claiming I was delinquent on a payday loan, and the funds were now considered stolen, that I had violated federal banking laws and that this information would be reported to my employer and the local authorizes within 24 hours.
After checking my bank statement I found nothing to support what this person stated.  I called the man back and pressed for more information such as a case number or specific transaction date. He could not provide this information.
I became suspicious and I reported the incident to the security dept at my job since he called me there. I also called my local authorizes.  
For a couple of days after this person called me I called them though out the day asking for my case information letting them know that they have been reported to security and local authorities, I asked him if he is the man spoke of on the internet regarding bogus payday loan allegations. This man says that I am harassing him and to stop calling. I told him was I simply asking for additional case information so my security dept can conduct a full investigation.
I wanted this person to know how it feels to receive these disturbing phone calls.
This caller with the Indian accent says his name is Attorney Dan Wilson (310-421-18410)

I call officer Gene or Jean Parker this morning.  Still wouldn't give me the information.  I told him that I reported him to the FTC -CI3 - FBI - ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR MY STATE AND MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT (WHICH I DID) , YOU CAN DO THIS ONLINE .  I TOLD HIM THAT I CHECK HIM AND HIS AGENCY OUT.  HE TOLD ME NOT TO CALL (AND HE WAS GOING TO COMMENCE LEGAL ACTIION) HIM AGAIN. These phone calls are scams. Do not be fooled into paying them anything. Call the police and report them.

I recieved a call from 281-763-7911 claiming the same things as other people have said how ever I immediately knew that it was a scam.  I cursed them out out and let them know that I didn't care about their threats.  I called them non-stop after that and harrassed them about their business info threatened them with the BBB and I haven't heard from them since.  They seriously need some scamming tips like for instance choose a middle eastern name instead of an american name like Chris Williams lol. I hope no one falls for this

Wow, what a SHOCKING coincidence!  Everyone on here that has had email contact with them all owe the identical amount $5468.89.  What are the odds????  LOL

Probably the same odds that their names are so American, like George Washington.  

So not only are these guys thieves, liars and idiotic scammers, but they also have no imagination either.

I got the same email you did. The strange thing is that didn't have email address. it was blank.i don't ever remeber having a loan with them.
