Just got a call from 1-877-810-4090. I let it go to my voicemail you should hear the message. Saying I owe them money for a payday loan that I know I didnt have and that their lawyers are going to put me away. HA, I called them back and told them where to go, back to their country to learn to speak english before threatening me. Then I called the FTC and reported the number. They had my social security number and all. Put the fraud alerts on your credit because they have your info.

Statute of limitations in most states is 4 yrs.. so dont give in to these SCAM artist.. Don't give them a dime, record their calls (most smart phones can record phone calls) and report them to the authorities specially if they are harassing you. YES HARASSING they hate that word but that is just what they do so report them there are laws againts their harassment.

Change your bank account.  Close the current account, open a new one with a new number.

7147335618 called me this morning. They knew my information and said they were sending state police to my workplace to arrest me for a payday loan. Funny, I never had a payday loan. I told them, ok send them. They hung up and no longer answer that phone. It really bothers me that they have my info though. I've gotten similar msgs from a 560 area code.

I agree times are tough and you do what you need to do, we will probably get calls for a long time and its a pain in the butt.  I am going to have fun with it, hey I figure if they call I will say HI I know you are probably going to tell me I owe a debt and and I am going to be arrested and that you will come to my home and beat me up and then call my work and have me fired right.  Let me know if you are going to do anything else so I can tell the next caller what they are going to do to me.

I had one call me at work and on cell and my friend. He was an officer from Ny fraud investigation and this was his # 585-322-1126 office Scott Kimball.  He said I commited money cheating and fraud and would I like to settle.  I went to my police station and they called the number.  They said it was a scam and to report it to the Attorney general and go to the FBI web site and give the number and the situation.  they are terrorits but the attorney general is aware and said DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY they give other really good info also.  You have to treat it like a joke and play with them like they play with you because it is a joke on them these people have no morals they will burn in hell I,m sure of it!!!

    Wiser now
I have become one of those people who, thankfully, check their bank statements. This site is so helpful because there it was:  INTOUCHVOIPCOM WEB PAYMENT in the amount of $39.95 taken from my checking account.
I have never heard of this company, reported it to the bank, had my account reimbursed, and the fraudulent company investigated.
Hopefully, these dreadful scam artists will be stopped. Think of that amount times who knows how many people? I hope people, like the ones answering this message will help more people from becoming a statistic.

On October 6,2011 we received a phone call from a "Melvin White" with AGI and Associates, We were told that we were going have criminal charges brought against us for credit card fraud based off of an MBNA Visa card from 2006. He stated that if we made a payment of over $6000.00 by 10/7/2011 the charges would be dropped. When we tried to get any information sent to us or our lawyer, we were given the runaround about how this was just a courtesy call and that they were hired to try to settle the dispute before the charges were brough against us. Mr. White  eventually emailed us a letter from the email commonwealth.inv@gmail.com- with the name "Matt Russell" attached to it. The author of the letter was John Greco- supposedly a Legal Assistant. When I called Mr. White back to speak with this Mr. Greco, I was told that he was conveniently out of the office and that he was the highest person in charge that I could speak to. They would not give me any information as far as contacting the original debtor and the credit card numbers they gave us did not match any of our records. I eventually got in touch with this Mr. Greco who was extremely belligerent and threatened us with criminal charges and proceeded to hang up on me. He called me back at my place of employment and repeated the threat. At that point I typed in the email address along with "Mr. White's" name into a google search, and lo and behold this website came up! No big surprise.
The address to this AGI and Associates that we have is 7421 Douglas Blvd. Suite N 216  Douglasville, GA 30135. The telephone numbers are 888-533-3755 and 404-994-3081.
My advice to anyone that receives phone calls from these people is to tell them to f--- off until they can provide "real" proof of these charges. I have a feeling we will be waiting a long time for those supposed summons from the court!
