this is so true, one kept calling me with threats and when i asked for the company he gave me a company that was offering me a loan that i never accepted. he even started to curse and said something about a law suit against me i told him see you in court. this is dangerous because these people either got their information from online when we fill out apps. due to them sending your information to different lenders or they work for these companies.

some one keeps calling me from (917)284-9832 stating that they are from crime investigation unit
and one of there names are mike fosters and they have another guy name carl miller mind you they have
very thick indian accents now you know they do not have african american names come on. They are stating that I owe them $4,000 and that if I give them $300-$600 so they won't have to send it to court that this is called a class c felony one i never got a payday loan i don't even have a bank or direct deposit come on are you serious they don't stop calling then when you ask them questions they don't want to even really  want to tell you exactly what's going on even my supervisor tried speaking to them and they did not want to tell them anything but speak to me we don't them stop calling we can't get personal phone calls and they keep calling they need help they need to be looked into.

SO A DIFFERENT GUY CALLED AND I TOLD HIM I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM TO STOP CALLING MY JOB AN HE WENT OFF ON ME REPEATED MY ADDRESS AN SAID WAIT TILL FRIDAY GOODLUCK ITS REALLY CREEPY HE GOES BY THE NAME OF SEAN GIBSON AN HIS NUMBER IS 818 698 7064

The worst part about this is that I don't have any payday loans that are in default. These people are ruthless and will do anything to get money. The number I got called from today was 949-204-0993 - I told him he had the wrong number.

I have had repeated calls from this number( 7177244551 ) harrassing on my job! I haven't the slightest clue how they got my information and it is still unclear what debt they are trying to collect on! I have called my local authorities and they advised me to get their mailing address and go down to the courthouse and file a complaint, but.... They have gave me several "no such" addresses( you can look up the legitimacy on USPS.com-Zip code lookup) and a fax number 610-672-9968. Who knows if that is real! Anyway, My next attempt is the consumer reporting agency, Consumer protection and/or any goverment authority that could seemigly help erradicate these tyrants! Please pass on and share. Thanx.
