Good idea- post your personal phone number on a public message board. That ought to slow down the telemarketing calls.  Sheeesh!

Your belief is incorrect. You can report any number, with a name or not. You have to register on the Do Not Call list for a month before they can stop calls going to your number. Don't worry, they can't stop bull ticky callers like this, mostly patched in from somewhere outside the US. But if we keep reporting these dolts, phone makers can add more Blocked Call spaces on their phones, like my Pan A. Sonic (do they allow brand names here?)

This was an informational call.  I received an automated voice message from Waste Management saying that due to the severe weather our trash pickup will be delayed by one day this week.   Got the same call from 000-000-0000 and 999-999-9999.  

I had these two numbers blocked before, but became curious who the callers were so I unblocked them and learned the caller's identity.

"Tooken?" Sweetie, I'd worry less about your phone being TAKEN away, and more concerned about learning proper English, spelling, and grammar, if I were you!

Yep, I too got a call from this number. It was Waste Management calling to inform me of a delay in service due to the severe weather. Thing is, they already called on the usual number they use (999-999-9999) just a few hours earlier. I'm guessing that the severe weather is causing problems with their auto-system and causing double calls. Waste Management's system is usually better than this.

I was quite surprised to see 176 pages on this number, and all of varying types of calls. Interesting.

Ain't that amazing, the political class has exempted themselves, same as they do for income taxes, Obamacare and on and on.  Personally I've made calls for a candidate, I support, and some people say "put me on your do not call list".  With a smile I courteously say "okay and thanks".  Then go to the next number and those people might get called again, this time, by others or in the next election cycle.

Keeps calling my Grandpas phone. It calls like 1 day then it stops then calls again. Very strange!

We got a call from this number and let it ring, no message was left, instead of a blank name what did show up was V1082312230003, so I broke it down to the last 10 numbers and it comes up from the State of Michigan in Elk Rapids.

This number (000-000-0000) has called me twice today. I let it go once and no vm. I picked up second time and nothing.. I tried calling back and unavailable. I want them to stop calling.

Yeah very frustrating having their number show up as all zeros.  I first assumed it was a solicitor so I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  It's annoying because now I'm wondering if it could have been an employer that I sent my resumé to earlier.  But isn't it bad practice to not leave a message and have your number ID as all zeros knowing they might miss a potential employee?

I just got this 000-000-0000 twice in 2 minutes. They said from BELL Canada and said I got good background, they need to check something before give me few favourable deals...... and sound as "Indian"
the first time, I am very polite and said "Thank you, but we not except any advertise via phone", and hang up the phone, a minute later, same guy called me again, when I heard his voice, I shouted "I don't care, and leave me alone" and hang up the phone. I talked to my husband as if that guy called me again, I will use F word and hung up the phone.

No ID is No ID which is 000-000-0000. My new thing is to pick up the phone and then just hang it up. They never leave messages anyway. I'm not interested in surveys or politicians that are not exempt from the DNC list.

If I am by my answering machine, I turn it off and let the phone ring. Then after they hang up I put the answering machine back on.

I meant that politics, charity, polls, surveys and dept collection (most of those though are scams) are exempt from the DNC list. so why have a DNC list. It seems to be worthless.

I tried this site and still get calls. It may work for some but did not work for me.

I just got the same call from +000000000 and they told me they were from the office of the US Government,they knew my first and last name,who are these people and what do they want?Also from the sound and tone of the voice is was a male african american if that's of any help but I just want them to stop calling me !!!!
