One small problem.....you need the name and number of the business in order to file a complaint. How do you get this info when they don't talk when you answer the phone/

You got that right, Babs. The DNC list most likely was created as part of a pork barrel law that authorized federal funds for the City of Chicago to buy 500 new school buses. Our fearless leaders in Congress do this to make sure a bill passes. It's just more bureaucratic hot air....the same hot air that gave us the IRS, the FCC and the Department of Homeland Security. I receive phone calls from this number almost daily.

They never answer when I pick up and they never leave a message.

A call came in today from the 000-000-0000 number. The lady said she was Linda from the MS foundation and wanted a donation. When I told her we had already donated, she yelled at me, "Yeah, right!" Okay, your calls on the weekends are annoying enough but when I tell you I have already donated, I have! You don't have to be rude! You chose the job of disturbing people with your calls so if you don't like it find another job! AND... You should be FIRED anyway due to your horrible attitude and verbal abuse to people that YOU CALLED! Rude! She should definitely be fired!

I got call from 000088128001692894. No one is talking in side. I got call continuous 4 times.

what is a phone number is 0000000000,twice this week at 08.48 this number has called me - no message left.

SO CALLED, BUT FAKE.  MY ANSWERING MACHINE RINGS A WHILE, THEN FINALLY ANSWERS
REQUESTING THEM TO LEAVE MESSAGE.  THEY NEVER DO.  I COULD IGNORE IT, EXCEPT THE
EARLY MORNING CALLS, ONE MORNING ONE CALLED AT 6:30. THESE CALLS ARE BAD NEWS.  I
IMAGINE IF I SIGNED A DO NOT CALL FORM, IT WOULD GET WORSE, AS IT DID SOME TIME AGO.

I just had a 000 call. I have call blocking and added 000 000 0000 to my call block list. That should end all calls from these idiots.

Been getting unwanted calls from this # & don't want them to bother me any more.

they started calling yesterday ~ said she was from United for Marriage ~ I hung up!
today, I answered Hola & she hung up!
I hope I'm not going to get these calls every day!!!

Received 2 calls from this number in the last 4 hours

This number called my aunt and a man threatened to kill her.

I recived a call from this # today.To make the story short, I asked the guy his name & whom he is representing. He said "oh my god!" Start laughing & hung up on me. I hope to never ever recive a call from them again.

For a while, the Indian Microsoft scammers used this number.  They were calling to tell you that your computer was infected with a virus.  They once called my office phone and I managed to keep them on the line about 5 minutes.  When they figured out that I was scamming them - they freaked out and started yelling at me.  I was laughing so hard!  Blocked the number with my Digitone blocker...they never called again.
This time I got the call on my home #.  Was hoping to speak with the scammers.  No one was there.  Have now blocked this number on my home line.

I'm registered with that no-call site & get no unwanted calls except from 000-000-0000; 10-15 times a day.

My cell phone was reset 3 days ago and I started receiving these calls 2 or 3 times a day. When I answer no on answers and then call is disconnected. Today I received a call and a female said my name and I could hear background noise but when I asked who was calling, call was ended.
