i received a call from 0787449606 & 0788492666 and they asked me to call this number *35*0000# and they identified themselves as safaricom people but only to find all my meassage are to reaching me even from the mpesa

I used to get those calls all the time.  One day I told them I didn't have time to talk right now, but if they would give me their name and number I would call them back when I had time.  They started giving me some bogus numbers then suddenly cut me off.  They never called back.

it could also be a number where you answer and end up with a big charge and thats how they get money it could be through a 3rd party phone line and that could not be blocked

The call i got from this number was Investment Retrievers in Calif.  They are bottom dwellers trying collect old debt.  They buy junk debt and try to collect.  Don't talk to them.  They are evil scum.

Sounds like I got same call - But told him I did not have internet connection to my home computer (true) and did my internetting from the library.  They have better spam control than what I could afford!

I got a call from an all 0s # and they just breathed in the phone and hung up! wtf?

I have been hounded by this  0000000000 number. Each time I answer, at all times of day and night, an Indian voice tells me they are from'' Windows Microsoft technical support'' and they have detected hundreds of viruses on my pc .... they tell me I need to buy a virus protection or I will be found to be in deep financial trouble as hackers are using my accounts online.
Despite telling them I am not interested, telling them I want to be removed from their list, and eventually getting really really annoyed with them, the calls continue.
This is seriously harrassing me :(

Called Feb 20, 2014, listed as Unknowm Name at 12:45 pm.  I never answer the phone and have turned off my answering machine forever.  I live in the Portland, Oregon area.

Activate last call Barring got with the TalkTalk never cost a penny when a call comes in you find out who it is if it a caller you don't want to have call again press some number bingo they won't call again

Just stick a few F F F F F  in to them they soon hang up

I got a call from this number today for the first time. It is now blocked from even ringing my phone now. If you aren't going to have a legit number or a name when I look at the caller ID you don't really want to talk to me (how I have always handled it since caller id has been around). I refuse to answer blocked, restricted, odd numbers or private calls unless I am expecting one from someone and they have said that the number will come up as one of those things.

I received a call from this number, a lady stated that she was calling from the department of grants. I asked her what was it regarding. She stated it was for a 8500 grant. I think asked her if I could have her contact info and she hung up.  

THIS NUMBER IS A JOKE! PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!

Call received from 000-000-0000 on March 4,2014 and March 5, 2014. This call is annoying and I do not want any more of these calls.

obviously a scam call -

I have been receiving calls from this number for the last four weeks. Usually during work hours, so I don't answer, only once has a message been left, and that was the sound of a phone ringing, and then someone saying "Hello" repeatedly, and then dead air. It happened again last night while I was with my best friend, so I had her answer it for me. It was a scam...something about be getting a grant, and they wanted more information from me. they told her to hold, and then hung up. Now they continue to call me...four times this morning already.

I am getting 000-000-0000 calls. Plus several calls per day from 855, 662, 858 and 259 area codes. I received a voice mail from a woman stating she was from the credit protection agency and was investigating a case against me by my ex-husband.
