- lkrause74 replies to Dave| 2 repliesYup....its true. the DO NOT CALL list doesn't work one bit. Ive been on there for years and I STILL get spamming calls and telemarketer calls. Every now & then I even get one in spanish. I dont even know spanish!
- lkrause74 replies to responder| 1 replyTried the letting it ring through...it doesnt stop the calls. I tried that with this all zeros phone number and they still call every other day, if not every day. Two days ago they called THREE times in ONE day! Insane!
- lkrause74 replies to DigitalAngel| 1 replyI know! Its sad isnt it...that these bottom feeders get their call list FROM the very list that is supposed to stop calls like these! Its like 'welcome to the do not call list...prepare to receive MORE calls now'. Ugh.
- rollin reds replies to Rick| 1 replyI told them F.B.I. And it stoped ha ha
- crafty replies to ChristalI have been on ALL the DONOTCALL lists for several years and every year I put myself on it. I still get calls from stupid numbers like this and more. I have even reported a few of them. The lists don't always work, but they do cut down on the amount of calls. I add the numbers to my spam folder on my phone.
- memeI got a text message from 0000000000. I have Verizon and have blocked all web based spam text, but this one somehow got through. It is a multi-media message and has a scrolling message that says, "Congratulations! You have successfully p". I don't want to open the "media" part of the message - obviously this is spam. Did anyone else get a text like this and open the media portion?
- Caller: Spam TExt

- Thomas SandersI get calls daily from 000-000-0000 as well as 313-355-5255 within a few minutes of each other. I work night shift and these calls come when I am trying to get my rest, but even if I were already awake it would be an interruption and an annoyance. Rather than try to censor our news, the FCC should be addressing THIS issue. The 313 area code # is in Detroit, but I have learned no more than that. I am very suspicious of our left-leaning government these days, and so I naturally suspect the current administration of some subterfuge when this sort of thing happens.
- angelina replies to MaryI got a call from the same # today asking me to turn on my windows 8 laptop. It gave me the creeps how did this guy know , I use windows 8? But i immideaetly told him, I had no need for that, that i have never requested anything from him and for all i knew he could be a thief. Then I hunged up.
- Sheena replies to JuliaI just had that happen I answered they asked if I was in I said sorry she is not available but can I take a message and got hung up on
- insurance agentI have boost mobile and have placed my number on the state and federal DNC list only because of the scammers calling as well. All these numbers that are calling everyone isn't a phone carrier issue. I have had the 000-000-0000 number calling 3+ times every day. My phone rings 2 times and they hang up not VM or anything. I have tried to report these types of calls many times to the DNC department and I'm always told that my number isn't registered. I figure since I can register my number every day if I had the time and they won't do anything about it then what's the point of the DNC list. It really doesn't work and people will call there aren't allowed to. Criminals are just that because they don't care what the law is. You really think a phone list will stop them?
I've called the FBI to report these as well. The U.S. has no rights to act on many of these calls because they are originating from outside the U.S. Many other countries have to laws prohibiting the fake phone calls and scams.
The FBI advises that you don't answer any calls you don't recognize and let VM pickup. If it's not legit the callers will stop wasting their time calling a number that doesn't answer.- Caller: unknown 000-000-0000
- kimThe scammers are calling From different numbers. 1(855)-378-6229....(949)-900-1701..855-236-8535..and from the 000000000.
My relative called today stating someone called her job claim they were calling from a firm to serve court papers she was stunned at the call asked if they were serving her and why. The man stated no he need to know where to get in touch with me could she get in touch with me because he had court order paper to issue me to appear in court that it was urgent. He left the name 1-855-236-8535 ext 47757 name grant white. Claim he got her number because i used her as contact which was huge lie.. I called and file a report with my local the police department after they called my relative job. And are continue calling harassing me. I have filed a report with every legal agency about this matter to try to get this scamming crime and harassing phone calls to stop.- Caller: The Firm

- MeDon't they have scammer as Call Type here, because it's got to be just that. Got two calls on afternoon, on a line I don[t answer, but will call back if they pan out as legit and useful.
on using *69 the i.d.'s that I was given were '00000' and '10000' Clearly a sweatshop scam op like so many, who don't even know who they are working for and what slimeballs they serve.- Caller: n/a
- Taylor-16Just got a call at 3:40 am. Didn't know the the all zero number so just hit decline. Left a voicemail in a weird voice saying graphic things the person wanted to do to me. Being 16 and just waking up and hearing I freaked and ran to get my parents. Have no idea who it is but I block the all zero number lol.
