I recived a call from 000 and I answered and the guy told me that he was inviting me to a party and he told me my address so am really freaked out. .

I got this call twice, and didn't answer. I'm with T-Mobile.

I have researched and bandwidth.com is an actual company in Arizona. But it's internet source is hacked by all kinds of spam companies disguising themselves as bandwidth (a company that trains businessmen and women). So bandwidth gets all these blames of spam calls when they really aren't doing those spam calls. Spam companies hacked bandwidth. So the security on bandwidth was so weak on security that they got hacked. Bandwidth needs new source with protected security.  
Like another thing, google can get hacked by spam companies too through links, doesn't necessarily mean google is getting hacked. The spam company is able to pull peoples personal information from any internet source, satellite dishes provide internet all over the world.
No idea how or if a satellite dish is even hackable. Internet is getting more advanced than it was before, i still remember when cellphones came out when I was in middle school. Now cellphones are basically smaller versions of tablets right now. Went from a computer, to a laptop, to a smart phone, to a tablet, yea it's a lotta changes.
Do not apply for loans online, stuff like gentlebreeze.com duisguized itself as a loan company, its Indian loan ish company that screw people over, if u have incompleted application for a gentle breeze.com, simply call them and say; hi I was filling an application out online, but my application is not completed, and I don't understand why some of the others are calling me a lot, it turned out i was able to get money some other way. Could you please remove me from the call list. (Say it sweet and innocently), then they will happily remove you from the call list.
Oh and "car loan" company lol, and etc.
There is a volcano, in Yellowstone plateau, if it ruptures like literally, then a thick black ash spreads all across the u.s. And would put out technological communications in part of u.s and hopefully ruin the bandwidth internet source Ha.
So, people please, the internet is not as safe as it used to be. Do not do put personal info on internet, or really personal info on Facebook, or twitter (people have been mugged, and murdured by simply using twitter). Very sad and sick things out in the world.
Please people, never let your guard down, it's getting more dangerous out there.

Good im doing the same thing

just because you register on the government do not call it doesn't mean they will stop calling you. I have been registered on that site for the last 4 years and receive multiple harassing phone calls from telemarketers.

I've been getting 000-000-0000 at least 5 times a day for over two weeks and they would hang up at first, now they are just sitting on the phone. How can I stop this, I baby sit and they have wakening up the baby several times calling my house, do I have to take the phone off the hook. By the way my phone number has been unlisted for over 15 years, how do they get an unlisted number. I also keep receiving foreign people calling my house trying to sell me drugs from Canada and they actually ask me for my credit card number, I have been rude to them, slammed the phone on them and told them 100's of time to quit calling my house. What can we do to stop these people.

My husband and I receive about 5 calls a day on our cell phones from some diabetic association I can barely understand them. Then I get many hang ups from this number. All zeros. Please help I have repeated asked them to stop calling and it's still happening.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

My wife got a call from this number. Said mastercard was locked. pretty sure it was bogus as our bank calls us on normal lines.

Get yourself a google voice number and forward all calls to it.
They allow you to block many numbers, and setup special lists (family, friends, etc) so you can control who rings through and who doesn't.

WHEN I SEE THE NUMBER 000-000-0000, I just hit the exit button.  They are no one I know.

From what all of you have said this number is spoofed by so many legit and total scams. You can never tell who it may be.

But today I seen the all zero number,did not answer, checked my online voice mail, it was just a reminder to register to vote.
I'm glad it wasn't a scam telemaketer( I hate those pest  "pc repair" scam ones). I feel like I dodged a proverbial bullet.

Creativity the new penchant, I see? Adding irregular spaces between the digits in a spoofed number to break up the monotony? lol The standard CID is just plain boring, she mused prior to the spoof.

Got call from 000-000-0000. Caller with heavey accent asked to speak with my wife. I said she is not avalible, they hung up.

I am also receiving these calls.   I had registered with the site DoNotCall.gov, but this will not stop the calls if the caller is campaigning for a candidate.   All over the country elections are currently being held for various positions and because the campaigners are exempt from the Do Not Call process, the calls will continue.    What we need to do is start a petition to stop any and all calls to our phones that are listed, no matter who is calling, unless it is related to contacts you currently have.   And also the selling of phone lists should be made illegal, even the phone companies sell their lists, that is why the gentleman who just acquired a new phone number started getting calls, the phone company sold their phone lists and this can happen on daily basis.   Unless we take control it will continue to happen!!!

Don't answer the call from this all zero number!!!! This is a international scam!!! You will pay alot of money and therfore the scammers won.

Based on one of these political survey call centers that moved in town that has brought years of crime with it into the neighborhood that I and others have witnessed and been victims of - Here’s some questions based from actual events we've seen that you can ask if the robo-dialer isn’t over extended and actually connects you to a surveyor:

-How drunk are you?  Can you remember your name?
-What’s your preferred hard liquor you drink on the job?
-Would the nearest liquor store go out of business if your call center moved away or closed?
-Are you high or tripping out from shooting up?
-Was the sex in the back parking lot or stairway good?
-And did you leave the condom or needles on the ground despite there’s a school or church nearby?
-Are a gang member?  If so how did where you able to climb the stairs to work while wearing your pants around your knees?
-Have you broken into your fellow employee’s car to steal the stereo?  If so, how’s that stereo you stole sound in your car?
-In a 30mph zone and in the parking lot, what’s your preferred speed?  60mph?  90mph?
-Does the car you drive look like it barely survived a demolition derby race?
-The next morning when you discover even more damage to your car, do you remember what or who you hit?
-How hard is it driving with your headlights off at night while you drive to a nearby business to vandalize it or break-in or to meet your drug supplier/distributer?
-At 11pm when you get off work, how many residential city blocks were vibrated by your earthquake frequency car stereo?
-When you leave work, how many energy drink containers, alcohol containers, uneaten food, needles, trash etc did you toss out your window as you drive away?  How many nearby businesses owners spent each part of their day picking up this litter?
-How often have you lost control of your car while under the influence in the call center parking lot and nearby business’s parking lots?  If so, did you tear up some landscaping?  Hit a building?  Hit a fellow worker’s car?  Did you realize part of the problem was because you were driving backwards at 60mph?
-How times have you been in jail?
-Is there a warrant out for your arrest?
-How many nearby businesses where forced to move away?
-Did the remaining businesses put up cameras?  Install fences with barb wire on top?  Now have full time security guard?
-Are you all on a first name basis with the police officer, sheriff deputy, paramedic, ambulance driver that practically live there from all the daily visits?
-If you are not a criminal how many times have you been victimized, bullied, and threatened by your work mates?  Is your manager a criminal?  Does your manger force you to work impossible hours 7 days a week?  Does your manager openly brag out vandalizing, tagging, dealing/distributing drugs, breaking into nearby businesses and cars?  Has your manager or workmates broken into your car while you’re inside working?

Remember it’s the politicians that are looking the other way and keeping these places in business so they can get their survey results….
