This company will not leave me alone! They call as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 8:30 p.m. when I answer the phone they hang up. When I use the number off caller ID my call goes to voicemail. So I did a Google search and found these 10 pages of complaints and all kinds of phone numbers for me to call and harass them the way they harass me.

Same company has been scamming my 83 year old father for the last year. He has dementia. Someone kept calling him about a year ago so he ordered the product everyone is talking about but, activator 2000. They got his credit card number. My brother lives with our dad and found out about this and called  to cancel . 1800-736-7337 is the number. They wouldn't let him cancel or return the garbage. The guy he talked to was extremely rude. They have called back since then and my brother answered the phone and it was the same guy.He told the guy to quit praying on old people and stop calling. Once again the guy was swearing at him.
Now, about a year later the same guy called back and scammed my dad again.
This company is a big scam!!!!

The first question that comes to mind is why does your dad have access to a credit card?  Then instead of calling this company for a refund, why did you not report it as fraud to the credit card company and cancel the card?  If this is the number that called you "800-736-7337 i", then why are you posting here?

You need to cancel the card, report the fraud, and also report this to your State Attorney General's office as well as the FTC.  Is your phone registered on the Do Not Call list?  If it isn't it should be.  You could then file a TCPA lawsuit against this company.

They seem to have a long and hallowed history of calling people against the law:

He doesn't have access to his debit-credit card. They have his information on file from the past when he was not as bad. I posted here  because it is the same company that everyone is complaining about. I am filing complaints. My brother is going to the bank tomorrow to discuss this.

I too received a call from EPI and spoke with someone that insisted I should be out. Told him I would call when I needed a renewal. Three days later it arrived in the mail. After repeated calls, finally they sent a return sticker and assured me my refund would be promptly sent. The next week I called again, to check on the refund and was told it would be sent the next day. Here it is 12 days latter and they aren't answering their phone. Guess just have to suck it up and resort to notifying scam division at the state .

This company spoke to my husband on the phone and, without consent sent him three containers of I-don't know-what with an enclosed invoice for $159.00. Good luck with getting that EPI and thanks for the gift! No way you have to pay for something that was sent and not ordered. They can call me all they want - we don't answer the phone anyway.

Joe Reed is a nasty salesman.  They call at all hours of the day and night and ship without permission and will not take the product back..Even thought my Dad now has 9 years of this product.  He said he made up the rules, not me, not snotty me, he called me. Go ahead and send me to a collector.  I will send you a dollar a month until it is paid.

These people call me all the time. I have told them repeatedly not to call me again. I'm thinking about calling the Fairview PD and report them for harassment.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Here is a link to a list of government sites where you can report phone scams, telephone crime, etc.

Thanks,  I'll try this. Only problem is that they call from different numbers. Sometimes it comes in as unknown.

Dec. 4, 2017 - missed & live Activator 1000 calls from 848-238-7958 and 732-998-8097 to my cell number that is on the national DNC list.

5:24 PM - 2 missed calls from 848-238-7958 New Jersey, that I recall hearing ring.

5:25 PM - a live woman who gave me her first name called from 848-238-7958 New Jersey that was 9 min 59 sec long. It was a follow up call from their robocall on Dec. 1, 2017 from 352-358-7175, where I left my name and address but NOT my number. She NEVER give the company name at any time throughout the ~10 min. call, despite me asking her early on and one time later. She kind of tried to give the company name as if it was the name of the product, Activator 1000.

Activator 1000 Spiel: She said it was a powder that you add 2 oz. every month, was harmless to plants and animals, had a 30 day free trial, and then a 3 year supply was $149. After a few minutes, I asked why would I need it if I have no problems. She said that was a good question, and her answer got me to understand that their product is supposed to dissolve the waste so that you don't need to pump it out, and that the product was preventative maintenance. She said some customers have used it for 20 years and not had to pump out their tank. When I asked whether it works during the cold weather we are now having in Dec., she said yes, and that they have customers in Alaska. She said they mail a package that weighs about 5 pounds.

Since I did not have to give them my credit card information, I agreed to try the product, to find out who they are. She had my mailing address and went over it with me, but still said I would get call again to confirm my address again. Before doing so, I asked for their number, and she gave me her direct number as 732-604-5080.

5:35 PM - live call from 732-998-8097 New Jersey from Petra with the shipping department. 2 min 35 sec long. She might have said her name, but I asked and she gave it as Petra, but NEVER gave a company name. She started out saying the call would be recorded. Petra confirmed my address for sending a 3 year supply via Fed Ex. I asked if I have to be at home to sign for it, and she said no. I confirmed my address again, and the call ended.

EPIH8R: I would be interested if in your 1 inch file you have the actual legal name and address of this company. If so please post it.
