- FoneSmartyAny telephone/fax call can be blocked. If you have spent useless money on a product from EPI, spend another $100 and buy a a call blocker from Digitone Communications. It blocks any number that you program into it from your telephone. There are no continuing costs since when you buy a Digitone, you own it and can use it as long as you wish. A Digitone Call Blocker is not illegal and will operate with any telephone. I tcomes with complete instructions and is easy to program and use.
EPI uses 800-505-8800 and their main number is (201) 313-0815.- Caller: EPI, Fairview, NJ, 205 Anderson Ave, Fairview, NJ

- teeACTIVATOR 1000 & 2000 are awesome for the job!
- Really??Just got my 3rd call from "Joe Johnson" wanting to tell me all about "Activator 1000". He told me that I purchased a similar product from him in 1999. I was pleasant, and told him that I was not interested. He insisted on continuing to tell me how much I needed it. I told him that I had a new septic system and was not interested. He said, " well it's sort of like brushing your teeth"...I said "Really??" I'm not interested. He got pushy and said he would mail some out to me. I told him I did not want any, and that my number was on the DNC list, and not to call this number back. He said "Soooo"...that doesn't apply since you were a previous customer. I said " I suggest you not call this number back!!" He said, "who would want to call someone like you?" I hung up. Hateful B####rd!!
- PaulJust to know, Activator 1000 is NOT approved for use in the state of Florida(Florida Dept of Health verified). Caller states the product is FDA approved, but still not approved for sale in the state of Florida. These types of products are not needed if septic tank is maintained properly. All needed bacteria in the tank comes from flushing your toilet. Don't flush your money down the toilet, learn how to properly use and maintain your septic tank by calling your local county health department. Thanks.

Thought is was something for Christmas as it arrived 12/22. I'm supposed to be on a do not call list, and do not know how this item got sent to me.

- FrazeeA robo call by this company to my DO NOT CALL phone number sounded fuzzy with background noise. They requested my name but disconnected when I said "DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER TO ADVERTISE!"
- Caller: Proactive septic tank treatment
- Becky GordonI cannot verify that the calls are coming from this number, but Proactive Septic calls constitute harrassment. The computer-generated call did not leave a telephone number, and I do not have caller ID. I hung up on the first two calls from ProActive on January 18, 2013. My phone rang again within about 10 minutes. On the third call, I let the recording play but did not speak. This stopped the calls at least for that night.

- Russ Fitzgerald replies to HowdyI am also transferring to my legal department. I don't even have a septic tank but they called me saying I requested information???
- Roger| 1 replyThe message I keep getting is from some outfit called Pro Active. It's always a computer generated message other than some one who say Pro Active about 3 different times. I bet these calls are coming from some foreign source.

- Sid KamermanMy husband is sick and we have received unwanted calls three times this week that have needlessly awakened him. We do not want any more calls and do not have a septic tank. Thank you for stopping the calls.

- Pat replies to RogerI just received 5 calls from an "out of area" number that cannot be re called or identified. The caller proclaims that the USDA has endorsed "Pro Active".....etc. I am on the "Do Not Call" list and have filed a complaint (between the 3 and 4th call!) but I know that IF that does any good it won't be for awhile. I stayed on the line twice in hopes of speaking with a human and not the "robo" caller..........nope. They ask for a name..........if you don't give them one they hang up.
This is annoying. - bob browntake my number off your call list

- krogers replies to TexasThese people have got to be the rudest people on earth. They will tell you any name to get you to buy their product. A Tom Peterson supposedly works for them and is endlessly telling me I need more product. When I told him I would only talk with Don Davis, who is whom I ordered septic 1000 then later 2000 states "Oh that's me Don Davis. What a bunch of New Jersey troublemakers. They call me weekly, its either the hateful sales pitch man who refuses to allow me to talk or the nasal sounding woman who makes my life hell. Literally! I am afraid to answer the phone. I have had the same experience as the post I am replying to. I have bought the last product from them, ever. Doesn't matter if their product is good I can find an equal product elsewheres. I am telling anyone who is reading never let them bully you into buying their product, once you do they are free to harrass you endlessly.
- PATRICKI filed a complaint here: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
And then I wrote the scumbags and told them that's what I was doing and that jail would be appropriate.

I tried Activator 1000 and its smell made me nauseous and it destroyed the pipes and drains in my shower.
This guy is on something and its not legal.
Activator 1000 is applied to your septic by flushing it down the toilet. The activator is an enzyme that eats bacteria and it is quite similar to yeast. Neither of these are corrosive! The smell is not overly offensive as the product base is inert.
So if anyone would like to comment as to how this man's septic tank water got into the pipes and drains of his shower I'd love to hear it! :) - mee2A friend worked for this company for a long time, when they call hang up, they will do and say anything to ship the product, and then call and threat you till u pay.. they will tell u u cant return it, or its past 30 days. It is all bull. All of the above numbers are all from same company, they have diferent names, diferent #s abd diferent adresses . And dont bother calling them to comolaine no one cares , all the manes they give are made up. Its sad

- Patrick BockelmanGetting up to 5-7 of these calls about 3 times a month. Tired of it!!!
- Dallen replies to Jo PeteCall came as "unknown". Can't even block the call!! When they asked for a "yes" response to send info, I said nothing. The robo call thanked me for agreeing then asked for my name and address. I responded with Joe Smith and the robo disconnected. I was called three times in 24". I will report this to our State AG.
