- LisaI am registered on the Do Not Call registry. Clearly your automated robocall has just inserted your ProActive name into a blank slot when the previous name gets too many complaints! Stop this now before you are sent to jail.

- cmb74| 1 replySince last April, we've been getting robo calls about once a month or so from these people. They've blocked the phone number so nothing shows on caller ID and the caller name says UNKNOWN NAME. I usually hang up as soon as the call recording starts, but this time I decided to see if I could get a name for these people so I can file a complaint. I've been on the Do Not Call list since last May, so if they were adhering to the law, they would have removed me by now.
So the recorded pitch starts, and the name Proactive has been weirdly inserted in a couple of places. I keep listening until it gets to the say yes or no part - I said NO! loudly, then when the recording asks for my name and spelling, I said, "What part of 'no' do you not understand?" The recording ended, I hung up and started googling "Proactive Septic Treatment", which led me to this thread.
I'm afraid that this is one of those scams where they get you to say yes, then sign you up for something you don't want or need, bill you, and threaten you for non-payment. I wish I could figure out how to get rid of them, but the jerks are blocking their number and name, so I can't even report them to the FTC.- Caller: Unknown Caller

located at P.O. Box 397, Fairview, New Jersey-97022.this past week..........
This Statement is claiming I owe $90 plus for Septic Tank Treatment product purchased in Oct, 2013.
(THERE IS NO MONEY OWING NOR HAS THERE EVER BEEN)
I sent them a check for the balance of what was owed on Sept. 27/2013 ($62.49) Payment in Full,
AND A COPY OF THEIR STATEMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
Attention Sales:- This is your official notification:-
NO MORE CALLS
NO MORE PRODUCT
Thank you
Sol C.........Dated 10/08/2013
This NEW Statement does not even reflect the correct amounts of the Statement of Sept. 27/2013!
They are scamming, probably sinking, and trying to obtain payments fraudulently.

This will definitely be my next course of action.
I see the list of complaints is endless.
I have had dialog with these people on three
separate occasions-none of them friendly.
The [***] I last spoke with, had absolutely
NO PHONE SMARTS to speak of.
Let the Buyer BEWARE! - MarielI too am on the do-not-call list in Massachusetts, and got an automated call from NJ for the Activator 1000 asking if I wanted more information for maintaining a healthy septic system. I answered that I'd be interested in hearing more, and got a sales call a couple of days later at 8:41am. The call was from 848-480-2231. I said I didn't want to buy anything however I'd hear him out on the product. Cost was $22/month for 6 coupons, or $149/yr - and with a lump payment they could provide a discount (though these numbers didn't really make sense). He said they've been in business for 27 years. After checking, I confirmed that both were NJ numbers - the company is located in NJ, and I told him if I decided to purchase, I'd call - so hopefully they don't call back to bother me. He gave me his name (Greg) and return number (732-910-3380). After reading these other reports, I won't be calling.

- RhondaKeep getting calls from 207-223-4611 and from 207-223-3904. All from scammers wanting to sell septic products. Now, if I ask what company they are from they don't tell me or they hang up. Calls start at 8:30 AM or so and may get 2-5 calls a day. Have asked them not to call but still getting calls. Been rude to them no change. Began using a track starter horn (cheap at Walmart) and that seems to have slowed them down. Called Fairpoint and was told that before Verizon left they sold a bunch of numbers that were no longer in use. Fairpoint stated these wer "trunk line numbers and could originate from anywhere". I asked if they could be traced or stopped and they said no. I asked them if there was any way of blodking these calls and Fairpoint said yes-but it would cost. Called State Police, Maine Attorney General and both said-let it go to answering machine. I have been for 8 months0it's enough. Called FCC today and left complaint. Next I'll be contacting Susan Collins. It's enough!

- David Finklestein replies to Dana SavorYou have the rudeness of one of these phone turd-melter salesmen.
You must be one.
My wife fell for the scam and ordered 2 years worth. Within months, this (same) [***] keeps calling back insisting she needs more. Every call ended with him telling her, "I love you." GIMME that phone!
Next time he called, she handed me the phone. I told him, "I thought my wife made it clear that we don't need any more."
He told me, very rudely along the lines of, "I'm not talking to you. I want to talk to her." and [***].
I told him, "Take me off your call list. Do NOT call here anymore!" I let a cuss word slip and he complained, rudely, that I cussed at him.
I explained that he's being a [***] [***] and he needs to go away but he has called twice since then. One, we didn't answer. This morning, no caller ID so wife answered.
She (again) told him "No ore!" and he had the balls to tell her that she just gave him the okay to ship more and insisted she did! She just hung up on him.
If I ever meet this mothertrucker, his nuts are mine! I have a bench vise in my garage and I will use it! - cindy replies to AnonymAgree, will NOT accept product return (after return period) for any reason, even unopened. If they stand behind their product, why wouldnt they (i have a very good reason) Not take their product back. JUNK!
- acrowif you keep the feeder roots cleared out of your drains and leech field and septic system with copper sulfates, then the activator 1000 does all the rest...it will break down solids with ease. Activator does not clear feeder roots.
- David Finklestein replies to Dana SavorSo, having multiple exclamation points at the end of each sentence gives you credibility? "Jimmy" at this fly-by-night outfit called again today. I've personally told him to remove me from his calling list but he keeps calling. When he called today, I told him to remove me from his calling list. "Why?" I told him from "rude people" calling. I said: "One's a real [***]." He asked if the product is working (we once ordered a 3 year supply) and I told him: "You're missing the point. Don't call here again." He said, "Why do you refuse to answer a simple question?" (is it working?) A light bulb went off in my head telling me: "This is that [***]!" I told him: "You're the [***]!" He said: "No, YOU'RE an '[***]'!" I again told him to remove me from his calling list and he shouted a bunch of unintelligible [***] and hung up on me. Anyone buying $5 worth of yeast from these thieves for $160 should just flush their money down the toilet. It'd probably work better than their "Yeastivator 2000" anyway! I'm reminded of the "Brown 25" commercial in the movie "The Groove Tube". Both a bunch of crap!
- Julio VillamilThreating letters if I don't send them $159.98 with sending my account to a collection agency. I already send their product back to NJ
