I would rather use activator 1000 then Rid X....it saved me tons of money a year...and deff not pulling my hair out on those stupid pump outs

Customer service is great there...i don't know who all you've been talking to but it wasn't for activator 1000...i had surface water and it cleared it all up!!! I would get it if i were you and stop putting them down!!!

I tried Activator 1000 and its smell made me nauseous and it destroyed the pipes and drains in my shower.

i'm sorrry but that was uncalled for,i was just giving my opinion..how rude!!!

i purchased the product years ago, my thoughts on it,is that it works,and i rather spend my money on activator 1000 then on pump outs and n e other product!!

i talked to a man named Sean...he was so sweet...i purchased the product and it was so worth it to me!!!

i had a couple of phone calls, i wasn't sure if i wanted to try it or not...but now that i've had it for a couple of months,i have had less problems with smells,clogs n surface water...i only bought the 2 year,and i'll deff order it again!!

I'm so shocked at all of you complaining about a product you have no clue about!!
I have been using this product for about 7 years,deff the best product i ever used... my septic has had so many problems before using activator..i had a back up ordor and slow drains they allowed me to use it until my problems cleared up free of charge before when the problems cleared i paid for it and have been using it since and also reffered several of family and friends that are also pleased. Non the less it saved me a lot of money yearly !!

This site is wacked, everyone of you guys are liers and just like to start problems, I never had any problems with activator 1000,i've been using it for a couple of months,at first i didn't want the product because all you complain like babies...but i got the product anyway, and got my own insites,,first of all, they send out the product free of charge for 30 days, trusting that you will love it and pay for it,then you use the product as the directions tell you to, and there should be no problems, the smell in my shower was gone,and i haven't had a issue since activator 1000...seriously, dont believe other people,order,test it,,if you dont like it ,fine send it back b4 the 30 days is up...if you like it keep it, it's so worth it!!! I will never go back to using the store bought items i did!!!

i had bad ordors,slow drains,back ups, surface water, nothing i was using was working and i was not about to pay as much as it cost for a pump out,i got the call from this guy brian, witch i must add he was extremly friendly...he explained everything clearly, so i tryed it out! let me tell you, i have never been so happy over a product till i recieved activator 1000,..it's not a scam at all..It's kinda like all that crap u see on tv that give you  a free trial,witch come on...like none of you have ever ordered something so great u had to have off the tv....u don't even give these people your credit card number,and yet your not obligated to keep the activator 1000...i fully agree with Dana Savor....try it out people here...here's a number to get it....1-888-774-0074

My neighbor with alzhiemers and no septic tank is being harrassed. I tryed to call on his behalf
and it was instantly obvious that this is a disreputable bunch of crooks. I hope there is a special

I've used Activator 1000 for years now and will NEVER use any other type of product.  I haven't pumped my tank since I started using this.

WOW! I am shocked to read this message.  I agree with Joe Reed that it wasn't anyone from their company. Are you positive that it was the right company?  You said Activator 2000?  This site is for Activator 1000 a septic tank maintence product.  I've ordered from them 4 times since 1998 and everytime they have been extremely pleasant.  Are you positive that it was the right company?  U said that your mom wanted to reorder this product?  I would definitly call them again because the people at Activator 1000 are EXTREMELY helpful, accommodatng, and friendly.... It was probably the junk backed up in your tank that smelt. And your pipes and drains in the shower?  This product isall natural and if u read the ingredients on the label and look them up u will see they water soluble. Ya'll need to take a better look at the product before you go bashing something that finally doesn't contain fillers that cake up and actually works.  If you had a problem it was NOT from Activator 1000.  It's impossible by knowing what the ingredients are.

I find it strange that there would be any positive feedback on this site at all. It is for people
who have had problems with this co. Do you all really think any one that has had good
results with a septic tank product would actually take the time to search out this site?

I was interested in this product until I read all the comments about it. They sent me a pamphlet showing how the product works. They had plenty of references (11) from 1972 to 1981. Not any of lately. So I was a sucker to talk to them the 1st time they called that's how I got the pamphlet.

No way did this product destroy any pipes, maybe whatever you used before did a number on your pipes. It is a great product and it works better than anything else I've used before.
