these people can't speak clearly If our goverment hired them we are in deep trouble $ 9000 free grant ?

It is a scam.
The government does not offer grants to individuals for personal use.
It is a scam ran by off shore con artists to trick you into sending unrecoverable money to them.
They will say you need to get prepaid money cards, like Green Dot and load them with you own money or to wire transfer funds via companies like Western Union for fees or tax. Once you give the details from the card to the scammer, they clean out the card. Once you wire transfer money, you can not recover it.
You loose your money, you get nothing.

The only legitimate avenue for government grants is through www.grants.gov which is the official US government web site for grants.

I got a call from this number 2020001111 saying she is from IRS dept and said i have made illegal foreign transactions and need to pay the penalty to the gov else police will come in one hour with arrest warrant to arrest me. Also she ask to transfer the money thru moneygram, western union to the person she mention.
Its total fraud and scam call be aware!!

I received a call from this number the other day and  I listened to the lie and never followed up on it . No we their calling again , I did not answer  once and hung up on another . They just don't get the message.

I receive calls everyday from this number!they are so crazy!

I have a new Apple computer that has been attacked numerous times and I paid almost five hundred to get it cleaned out and I'm still not sure who I was talking to…I bought a new cell phone and it has the 202 number on it already and as a former federal employee all my work records have been compromised and I have to get to the bank and make sure no one has cleaned out my accounts. I agree, it's time somebody started putting these people in jail for a long time. This is not kid stuff. This is expensive and destructive and congress should pass some serious legislation to put an end to these
harassing practices.

I have received two different calls from this number at varying times.  First time I answered there was no one at the other end who would or could respond.  Some slight background noise, couldn't tell what it might be.
Is it possible someone is texting from a cell phone?

This is a scam! All of these calls need to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission so they can stop them.
 The lady that I talked to (the scanners) told me to send them $350.00 as a transmission fee, that was the only way I could get the $7,000.00, because I would not give them my banking information.

its BS! I got 4 calls in a period of 3 hours! I play with them cause they tell me I got selected cause I'm not a criminal and pay my taxes. So I tell them I just got out of prison after serving 10 years. Then they idiots either hang up or keep asking personal info. So I then ask to speak to a supervisor. And then they hang up. When they call back I just speak German and cuss them out and laugh at there stupid responses!

Possibly Middle Eastern or Indian accent, told me he was from the United States Grant Department and that my number had been randomly selected for a $9000 Grant to do anything I wanted with, no pay back, sent to me via Western Union. Wanted me to give name,  NUMBER (which they had in order to call me?) state, zip code and THEN they would give me their supervisor's number to confirm that they were legit. I said no, that I didn't trust it,  and eventually he relented. Said his name was Edwin.

I received a phone call with a Federal Governament Grant in the amount of $9.000.

I got a message from 202 000 1111. They guy who has accent was saying something about his son. And he asked to call back with a number 415 area code number. I checked the number on line and it seemed okay.

Unable to understand, due to the strong accent, but this person is relentless, call in at very early hours, and late twice at day, I have explain that I'm not interested on anything they have to offer, why can our government can do something? I'm sure that they are getting some,

They called me and said who they were, but I didn't quite understand so I asked him to repeat himself. He said, "Very good, sir." and continued with whatever he was about to say. I stopped him and said, "Hold on, are you even listening to me? I asked you who this was!" He sounded very confused, asked someone who I'm assuming was beside him a question in another language and then proceeded to hang up.

Was told I have received a $ 9000  grant that I don't have to pay back .I said who are you with then told her I was a Government employee and then she hung up

I said it was a scam, and that got him mad. He started talking nasty and threaten to have me arrested. He said his father is an FBI agent and he will have me arrested. I told him to go ahead, and he got madder, and said that he was going to keep calling me and make my life a living hell. So far in the last 15 minutes, I have rec'd 3 calls that I have not answered, but I see the caller ID. He also didn't like that I told him to learn how to speak ENGLISH.
