I have had the same problem. It is IC Systems and I was getting calls EVERY morning at 8:15 for MONTHS about a doctor bill that I could just not pay at that time because I was still unable to walk and/or work.  (Guess I should have been an illegal and they would have never even found me!) They will threaten you with an attorney.  Finally, once I started I will pay them $25 a month so they will leave me alone.  I have been paying for two years and they called the other day and stated that they would knock off $300 if I would pay it in full.  I lauphed and said unless they were willing to do half I would not even consider.  They are scumbags

You can find these son of biotches at wwww.icsystems.com its a collection agency probably the most rude and out of line money hungry [***] Ive ever come across. I think we should find a way around them and to block them from calling...where all you phone/internet hackers with the brains?! help us out.

half dozen calls from this number in the past half hour.  when answered, the woman was extremely pissy and rude, demanded to know who i was, claimed i should know what she was calling about, just a while bunch of nastiness.

I got three telephone calls from this agency.  I was not home and they did not leave a message.  I know who submitted my name to them.  A dentist who should be sued for imitating a dentist. I paid this jerk every month and I moved twice and the mail got messed up.  My landlord used to throw away the mail belonging to former tennents.  I never got another bill and one day I got a nasty message left on my voice mail from the dentist's office.  The next thing I knew this stupid collection agency started calling.  I have no choice but to send this crook of a dentist some money.  I don't evern owe him very much money but he would probably squeeze a nickel out of a Buffalo.

why did you start to pay them ... now they have you locked in , if you were past what the law in your state allows a simple fax to the would have stopped the calls and put more money in your pocket, stop wasting your money and dont send them another dime....

This number calls me everyday multiple times a day and never leaves a message. They call me at all hours of the day mostly when I am at work and cannot answer. It is extremely annoying.

Yeah....these punks call at all hours of the morning. They are a legit collections agency (I know why they're calling me) but they don't accept payment plans and are racking up my minutes calling my cell phone! Grrrr.

They have been calling me for some days but leave no message.  What a waste! Leave a message and I might call back.  What kind of collections are they. I don't know of anything I have outstanding.

Rude. Very rude. They called my cell trying to get to my mother today. I was trying to help them because I thought it was important to her. Here is our little conversation.

Devon: Hello?

Them: Hello, may we speak with Sheridan Lozano?

Devon: I'm sorry, there must be some confusion. That is my mother. I can give you her cell phone number, if you'd like.

Them: I'm sorry, we can't call cell phones. Is there a business number I can reach her at?

Devon: ...Wait, what do you mean you "can't call cell phones.." You're calling mine right now! Why can you not call cell phones?

Them: I'm sorry I can't disclose that information. Is their a business number we can reach her at?

Devon: No.

Them: Is their a grown-up I can speak to then? (LOL yes he said that.)

Devon: Begging your pardon, but I am an adult. Thanks for the condescending remark though.

It was a that point he hung up, rofl.

hello all, this number has called me twice already. to the best my knowledge, i don't have any outstanding debt that would be given to a collection agency. should i just not answer and get a credit report??

They call me twice a day. Once at 10AM and then at 8PM, almost like clock work. They are trying to scam people. My boyfriend and I researched them because he gets calls by another number 866-353-1180. That "company" is currently involved in a lawsuit.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY.
And make sure you talk about these calls to everyone you know so that they do not become involved and lose money unnecessarily.

It is a collection agency that handles past due medical bills for several clients.  I didn't realize we had not paid a past bill for our portion not paid by insurance and the account was turned over to them.  Paid our portion and calls stopped immediately.  Don't ignore the situation, they will keep calling.

Just started getting the calls ....they will have to go to the end of the LIST.

tell them to s....w!  There are so many mixed up numbers and they are desparate to get any money they can. They are to told annoy until they get it!  Don't ever let them try to intimidate you! They are evil and get paid to haunt!   They need to show it in WRITING!   Don;t be fooled!  Especially by idiots!

Wish I knew why they are calling other than "a very important financial matter."

They Have been calling me OVER AND OVER asking me for "Josh semartinson" or something like that... I have NO idea who that is!! And i tell them that repeatedly and they keep calling!!!!! and this was on my cell phone.

This is IC Systems a collection company. I called my Dentist when I was in pain and the receptionest told me I can make an appointment when I pay the bill. IC Systems the collection company started calling me daily  one week after that. I tried to explain I lost track of the bill when I went into the hospital with a tumor in my lung and had to have it removed.
I paid the dentist by check .... IC can call the dentist daily now and collect from him.

This is a debt collector.  IC Systems is their name.  We need to pay our bills if we can.

Tell me about it. I used to work for dentists for 12 years and they are very greedy. They want their assistants to do all the work and they get all the money and you get chicken fee.
