They call my house number at 8:30 am, I answer and tell them to stop calling, then my cell phone rings, same person, I am going to report them for harrasment, this goes on everyday, but it is always a different person but same phone number, the guy that called today sounded like a [***]

Another tricky bunch who think they can con someone into paying something they might not even owe!  If they would take some of that money that is sent to other countries, or make the illegals pay back even just half of what the rest of the working americans have been out on them, this country would be in great shape and wouln't need all these 'collectors'.  I get calls from a collection for a person who had my number before I did.  Does no good to tell them 'right number, wrong person', they just like being ugly I think.  Good Luck all!

I didn't answer: I know it's IC Systems & they're a collection agency:we had already made arrangements to make payments on our medical bill(a small bill to begin with) & we've notified them, yet, they persist in calling. Still not going to answer!

I get at least 2 calls EVERY day from this number asking for my husband...even during the middle of the day when hes NOT home, but at work. Ive told these people that we do NOT deal with collection companies but ONLY the original company the debt was with but they keep calling. They don't seem to care that their multiple, daily calls are harassment. Isn't multiple daily calls against the law??

Problem is...even when the bills are paid, their reporting system is so messed up, they continue to call months afterward. We will pay our bills...they need to get better record keeping!

do not get mad nor play their game. turn it on them instead by answering in any language other than english. never hint you speak english at all. it will only take one or two response like this to get them to stop calling you. the govt. through the 'do not call' law is hardly of any help at all.

This number keeps calling, comes up cell phone number, they don't leave messages and when I answer, noone is there.   They call my "pre-paid" cell phone, and again, I answer to noone there, but it still uses up my minutes just to answer.

They call my house and left a message said it was regarding my brother. My brother is dead. I called them back and gave them the ref. # that was in the message. A female asked if I was the admin. of the estate, I advised her I am the desease's sister and there was no estate per say. She refused to tell me what it was for,, but wanted me to send to them a copy of my brother's death cert. I refused telling her if she can not tell me as to what the account is regarding then I refuse to send in personnel info like a death cert. If she needs to verify my brother's death call Illinois vital stats. Anyway my brother has been dead for 3 years. I have no clue what and for whom they are collecting for.

there calling to collect money for truck insurance that the company cancel me now wants the money after i got differnet insurance company there is noway i am paying them. they call me everyday @ 8:00 am

Callas 2-3 a day, no one says anything

I called the  back, told them to SToP calling. They asked if I was "____ ___" I told them no, I no no one by that name. Actually N NE knows my cell number, I only am getting calls from you guys! they said they would remove it from thier system...we will wait and see!

I have been recieving phone calls from them for about 3 months and since I do not answer any calls from an unknown caller I did not answer and they will not leave any messages. Now they have started calling from another number. 651-204-1321. They will not leave you alone until you pay off your bill. And when you pay off your bill make sure you get your reference number!!!

Called my cell late at night.  Did not leave a message though.  I have also been receiveing calls from 651-204-1321.  I wonder if they are the same types of calls?  I don't recieve past due notices nor am I behind on a payment of any type.  Hmmmm . . .

I just got a call from this number. It was a woman with an awful speech impediment who sounded like Shelly from South Park. I had to ask 4 times who was she calling on behalf of and she finally said IC Systems. Then she asked me repeatedly if I was the spouse, all the while saying she couldn't transfer me to someone who wanted to speak with me, but she refused to tell me what they were calling in regards to. Finally she snapped and screamed "IT'S A FREAKING BUSINESS MATTER, OKAY, OKAY!!!!" to which I replied "Go F*CK YOURSELF" and hung up.

They have called and hung up for these times and dates listed and this is what shows up on the caller ID:IC SYSTEM-DEC 10TH 10:08AM,IC SYSTEM-DEC 11TH 2:18PM,IC SYSTEM-DEC 12TH 8:58AM,IC SYSTEM-DEC 13TH 2:48PM. I finally got through to them and got this info. They were calling to collect an overdue dentist bill, that I haven't had chance to pay. I informed them that I was temporarily out of work and am only drawing $100.00 temp disability and they proceeded to insist for  payment in full, either to use a check or credit card, I told him that we didn't have enough in checking and no credit card and then he also asked if I could ask a friend or relative for the money to pay it now. I told him no, that I would pay it when I got the money so he gave me their company name and address is:

They are just a rude collection agency and are very overly persistant!

I just talked to a very rude woman from this number. She asked if my name was so and so, I said yes. Then she asked me if I recieved my mail at such and such address, no i dont and never have. She then asked me to confirm the last 4 of my social, which I refuse to do and told her not to call my number again. She starts telling me she would until I confirmed my info. Got into kind of a arguement about her calling my number. These people are very rude and think they can do whatever they want and doesnt matter if you are who they are looking for. I have talked to these people before and told them the same thing, but they continue to call.
